This guys got something of a learning curve, but its not too steep. It does not come with a manual, which is OK i suppose because they have a video explaining the knobs on their YouTube page.
I like to tweak with knobs rather than read a book any way.

Im using a small Marshall amp (mg50 dfx) that has HORRID distortion. I'm into old school thrash and shred. All of that stuff was done with the JCM800 so, knowing the Becker was based on that made it a no-brainer
This thing is DEAD ON! The way the controls interact is more amp-like than my damn amp!
The overall tone is kiler- a little on the shrill side at times. but the BURN switch fixes it! When you kick the BURN on it rounds the shrill-ness out and gives the overall tone huge balls.

I dont gig, I just wanted better tone from my bedroom amp, so Im not too worried about this thing. But overall it looks tough as nails.
