Very simple to use. Two controls for rate and depth and the good old on/off stomp switch.

well have used a number of chorus pedals and effects from single pedals, to chorus in the monster rack multi FX units, and this has the fullest and seetest sounding Chorus I have heard. Also there is a lot of room in the sound, the controls allow for a very wide sweep on the rate and depth, from a very light Chorus to a massive sounding chorus swell.

Built like a tank heavyweight stomp switch and metal Case, should stand the test of time even with my big *** New Rock Boots stomping all over it. Been using a Body Rot for a couple of years now and that thing has been bulletproof

I play everything from Metal to pop and funk, and this thing fits everywhere. Totally would kill whoever stole it, then get a new one. Not only does this thing sound great, but it looks awesome too, My unit is one of the newer ones in white with nice pinstriping. Been playing for many years, had every kind of gear, currently using this witha Lee Jackson Crate Stealth all tube Head, and Bernie Rico Jr hand made guitars

Very easy to use - two knobs - rate and depth - allows for subtle to choppy chorus effect, very easy.
Patches??? This is analogue mate, no digi stuff here :)
No manual - but its a chorus - do you need a manual?

I like chorus - I like it subtle, as in Frusciante on Zephyr song, I like it extreme as in Kurt Cobain. The Lithium does them both.
I play - Les Paul or Stratocaster into Blue Jr, Sessionette or Vox AD30VT - it goes well with all combos.
Its not noisy - and its not weak unless you want it to be.

Dunno about reliability but its electronics looks well done.

The box is baby pink - so beautiful - the graphics and finish are a bit DIY - but this is bouteek land so I expect that and like it.
I play all manner of stuff - for 20 years. If lost I would probably get it again - or the Homebrew chorus.
It doesnt have a stereo option but it does have alot of pink mojo.
Oh yeah I got it from Boutique Pedals in the UK - and they were great - customer service 10+
