Ease of Use : 10
pretty straightforward, even to rocket scientist like me..guitar in/out to amp ..again even easier for me to get a great sound out of it adds mega girth even to my lowly vibrochamp

Sound Quality : 9
no noise at all...used the battery (has port for wallwart) tele into a tube amp (vibrochamp, alamo futura and twin reverb)and I use it as a clean boost and it also gives me an extra chunk when I tune down.

Reliability : 10
haven't had a problem..and it's the only pedal I have left (sold the pile of distorions etc)

Customer Support : 9
I've called robbie and he was starightforward and even sent me a mod sheet if I wanted to dial it in further

Overall Rating : 9
it's very flexable...I'm going to try it out this weekend using an accoustic into a PA to see if it will equally fatten up a piezo pickup. Iwould compare it in size to the fatboost (greypedal) at almost half the price
