Ease of Use : 10
Totally easy to use! The top fits perfectly on to the board surface. The hinges align exactly, and the butterfly latches snug it perfectly tight. Nice, simple design.

Sound Quality : No Opinion
Well heck, my pedals sound great loaded into this board!

Reliability : 10
Totally rugged piece of gear. Very well-built. Would easily handle being knocked aruond in the trunk of your car, band gear trailer, back of the truck, etc. ALMOST flight-case durability. As durable as you're ever going to see without purchasing a flight case, but I bet it could fly just fine. Only trade-off - heavy! What do you expect, it's bomb-proof.

Customer Support : 10
Absolutely great. Very responsive. Emailed me after the purchase to see how it was working out. I mentioned that a little more room would be cool under the tier and Roy is swapping tiers for me.

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing 25 years, many of those in a band situation, so understand well the wear and tear on gear with the average bar band. Anything less than ultra-durable doesn't hack it with the abuse your gear takes in regular load in/out into cars, trucks, trailers, etc. This board will outlast most guitar players, and will protect your pedal investment well.

Ease of Use : 9
Pretty simple to use. The butterfly type latches to remove the top took me a minute to figure out(I'm slow), but they are great and way better than the crappy buckle kind that were on my old case. They are very secure and I don't have to worry about it accidentally opening on me when I carry it. Other than that, pretty simple, it's a pedalboard. Plenty of room for my set-up and room for me to expand. The extra space under the upper tier is a nice bonus.

Sound Quality : 10
My main setup is a Les Paul Standard through a MESA Stilleto head with the RockBox somewhere in between. My effects chain goes Wah > tuner > dist > od > phaser > chorus > analog delay. Depending on the venue I sometimes put an NS-2 on the end. These are powered by a Dunlop brick tucked under the upper deck. The pedalboard is nice in that it allows me to move my setup from gig to gig without having to re-set all of my knobs. When I pack it up, all of my settings stay pretty much where I left them. This has been a real time saver for me and keeps my sound consistent.

Reliability : 10
Here's where this thing shines! I gig a lot and needed something that would put up with my abuse week after week. I did a lot of research before buying a new board and found this company on ebay that builds these. This thing has stood up to my punishment time and time again. They didn't cut any corners on this one. Yes, I can and do depend on it and already use it without a backup. No fear. It seems bulletproof and is proving to be a real workhorse for me. I doubt I'll ever be able to wear this one out.

Customer Support : 10
Don't see a reason to ever need them for anything. When I bought it, the guy I dealt with was great. Someone from rockboxpedalboards.com even emailed me after I got it to make sure it was what I needed.

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing/gigging for nearly 15 years and and this is my fourth and probably last pedalboard. I did my homework before deciding on this one. I've just about seen them all and for the money, I can honestly say this is the best deal hands down. It's every bit as nice and solid as the pedalboards costing two and three times as much that I looked at. I love the veltex carpet (mine is red) and RockBox claims that pedals will seem welded to the surface. They weren't shittin', my pedals don't move. There is also a space behind the upper deck for my power strip that I find very convenient. The road case is the bomb. Setup and breakdown time are almost nothing now and this thing is made to withstand a nuclear blast. These are great, no nonsense pedalboards built to last.
