very organic and natural.
the echo sound of this pedal is unrivaled in any other digital delay stompbox in my opinion, but i wonder how many players have a good enough rig or ear to hear those differences? after all the end result will be heard through a guitar amp not hi-fi monitors. you would have to step up to something like an eventide rack to get a better delay sound. while much more versatile, the delay in the g-force doesn't really sound any better to my ear.
if you are fussy about your delay trail you should like this one. it's very natural and doesn't get in the way. seamless spill over trails when the pedal is bypassed.

other than the sound quality the best feature is the built in tap button. you can set the tap while the pedal is in bypass and see your results with the led. that's pretty keen if you are playing live.
this pedal should have included analog delay, and tape delay settings. i'm actually offended that it doesn't. kiss of death for your product idiots at rocktron!
i'm not sure who rocktron is aiming the "cyborg" line at: players with lots of expendable income who don't like rackmounts but do use midi in their rig? out of touch much? should have left the midi off, made the pedal half the size, 2/3 the price and included more sounds and then maybe this pedal would have a second production run. idiots. i am always amazed that rocktron stays in business with their dinosaur 1980's metal outlook.
this pedal sounds awesome. if you are just looking for a straight and very professional sound delay you can't beat this. if you are looking for lots of bells and whistles this isn't your delay.
