Ease of Use : 8
Heres the deal, its analog, dials not digital, what ya see is what ya get, no programing degree needed. Set up like an amp turn the dials and your done. Manual helpful but not necesary, I like it simplicity.

Sound Quality : 8
Sound?? Thats objective, so if your here to confirm that ya want to buy it, then by it. Dont base what sounds good on other people ears, cause most have different likes and they probably think your sound sucks if they here ya in a club(guitar players!!) so why do ya care what they think. I think this unit sounds very good, the clean channel is warm, beefy and cuts thru my drummer which is a miracle in itself, the distortion is good, way too much for most applications unless ya like mushy sounding noise, ya dont need much of the tube gain to get a JCM 800 sound, so dont use too much or the clarity will suffer, the EQ on both channels is good and active so it effects the sound dramattically, I dont have much noise on mine, maybe I got lucky. I running it into an old ASI 2125 mosfet,2 channel power amp, and it sounds great, tried it with a mesa 20/20 didn't like that(your all saying WHAT!!) thats my point listen to your ears not somebody elses!! I play mostly harder Rock so its suits my needs for the time being

Reliability : 8
Had it in my rack 2 years of constant use no problems(over heating) yet, so I dont invision any, I dont see the need for a backup, but I do have my old GSP Legend in the rack *to take up the empty space) so its there if I need it

Customer Support : 9
never had to deal with em on this unit, but I have contacted them on a Chameleon(I still have), threy were prompt to reply and very professional, just what Id expect from Bud Waller!!

Overall Rating : 9
Good for any style music, seriously it just takes some time tweaking itin, Ive been playing for about 20 years now(where did the time go) pretty much all the time, used a lot of stuff with alot more bells and whistles, but for a good simple TONE, this unit works for ME. I use the black face INTELLIFEX for effects,&(reverb mostly, occasional delay, chorus), the HUSH is nice kept at minimal, out of power amp into closed back 1 12 with Celestion in it, sounds great. The only thing I wish it had was an on/off switch, but its plugged into power conditioner so that covers that, I play a GODIN mostly with Schaller locking trem (1999 model) which is one of the nicest guitars Ive ever had, the others are all Ibanez RGS, If it were stloen Id get another one cause I like the sound it produces, Ive had Chameleon,Digitech GSP 21 Legend, Art Nitro, Pod,Yamaha DG Stomp(pretty cool toy)Sansamp PSA-1 (which I should have never sold!! damnit!!), Sansamp TRI AC pedal, etc, an honestly next to the PSA 1 this thing sounds as good or better than any of em, but thats MY opinion, you might feel otherwise, Its worth a try, get one used if ya can and then ya wont have to shell out 200.00 for it, I traded an old GSP-7 for mine and I still think I got the better end of the deal, any how good luck and Rock on gang
