Ease of Use : 10
It's a very easy pedal to use. The knob functions are sensible.

Sound Quality : 10
ORGASMIC ORGANIC. This pedal is full on analogue warmth and quirkiness. It can go from delicate phasing through to full on flatulence. This pedals can actually fart!!!!! what more could you ask for.
I've never noticed any tone suckage but I'm sure the tone suckage goons could make a case for it. Let me say that the versatility of the sound when this pedal is on can make up for pretty much anything.

Reliability : 10
Built like a tank. A big orange tank. Knobs are recessed away so you can't easily boot them off. Battery compartment is two screws away which could bug but I use a power supply on my board.
I always gig without a backup and without underwear. I'm just that type of guy. This pedal won't let me down and I can use it to defend myself if things start going awry.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never delt with them but doubt that Rocktron are that responsive these days, since they've gone global and all

Overall Rating : 10
I'm in a three piece band playing mostly original material. I play guitar and siong so having a large array of effects to augment what could be too sparse is helpful.
I've tried the mxr phase 90 and 100 and found that they just aren't as versitile and are a little cold (!!?) If this pedal was stolen I would have to try and find another one if I didn't first find the guy and stole mine and use the pedal to teach him the folley of theft.
If you can find one, Get one.

really easy.Four knobs:speed, depth, resonance and fx level.
Anyone who have already played with a chorus or flanger effect can use it easily...

Sound Quality : 10
I use a fender jazzmaster reissue , an old epiphone ET 270 early 70's, with a tube combo fender blues deluxe.
I use a lot of effect pedals:xxl,tonebender,wahwah,flanger,chorus, whammy,etc...
The sound of this phaser is really really good.
I own a green boss PH2 phaser and the sound of the orange peel is much organic, more dirty, really interesting...

A tip: on my model, you CAN'T use a battery 'cause it seems that the pedal can't work with it!!!! really stange.. so I use a power supply.

More interesting: on my model (and I don't know if it's specific to all orange peel phaser but if you turn all the knobs at 10 and you put the speed at minimum, the pedal suddenly fucked up and makes terrific feedback crash and more...INCREDIBLE... rreally cool for live effect!!!!

Reliability : 10
Well the bog is perhaps a problem but I don't care!!!!
