Ease of Use : 10
Set-up is amzingly simple - even for non-techies - press a few straightforward button sequences and start raising your system gain and watch teh magic happen! It locates and eliminates feedback nodes within a half-second. If I sound like an ad, it is only becasue it truly works as advertised. No need for the manual.

Sound Quality : 10
Sound quality is where the FBX2400 shines as after the inital set-up, which only takes about 3 minutes in total (if that), your sound is immediately cleaned up and useable gain is increased by 3-9 db (once again, just like they say- no joke). I wish I hadn't bought a dual channel 1/3 octave EQ for our church mini-monitors as this would have done much better. We did buy the FBX2400 (which is 24 bit by the way) for the main church system and it has eliminated feedback ghosts and increased clarity 10 times over!

Reliability : 10
solid- this is one of the best pieces of gear I have used. Though it has only been three months, I was so impresed, I bought one for another application promptly. A pro sound tech (whonm was helping me tweak a troublesome large conference room with the parametric EQ, mentioned he just installed four in his church. He simply said, they do what their designed to do, kill feedback)

Customer Support : No Opinion
Not applicable- too short of a time.

Overall Rating : 10
Worship / comtemporary music - church setting. We have an extensive sound system with about $50,000 invested. It is compreised of 10 large speaker cabinets, two six foot high main racks of equipment and a digital mixing board I would buy this again instantly. I generally am intrgued by first generation technology, but like to wait until it is in thrid or fourth generation as that is where it is really good. This is 4th generation equipment and is really good at 24 bit resolution. Heck for $400it si the best improvement you can make to your system.
