Ease of Use

The manual is clear and well written. It's easy to set up and operate this unit once you read the manual, almost impossible to figure out without it.
Sound Quality

Does not noticeably change the sound at all or introduce any noise. The 2020 is a stereo unit and can be used in mixer channel insert points or in the signal chain between the mixer outputs and amplifier inputs. Basically the same location you would put a graphic EQ. I'm using it in two monitor mixes in a acoustic/electric trio cover band.
Reliability

I bought this unit used and it's obviously seen years of use. It seems very well built and is still working. It's built in USA and it feels like it.
Customer Support

I emailed Sabine with a question and got a response the same day. This unit went out of production more than ten years ago, but they did answer my question and the operation manual is still available on the website. There is no factory service support offered any more.

I bought this to replace a Behringer feedback destroyer pro which is essentially useless for it's intended purpose. It finds feedback quicker than the Behringer, but still it falls short of the advertising in my opinion. They claim the setup can be done in 30 seconds and people in the room may never even notice. It could probably be done in 30 seconds, but let me tell you, people will notice! You must raise the volume to raging feedback eight times per channel to set the fixed filters and one dynamic as per the manual. It does kill the feedback each time in a second or two. Most of the gigs we play, there are patrons of the establishment in the room while we are setting up. No owner or patron is going to stand for me inducing feedback 16 times while setting up! In a fixed setup, house band, church, etc. this is less of a problem because the unit will remember the setup, even if turned off, until it is manually reset. For most gigs I am just going to set all the filters as dynamic and let it catch feedback should it occur. The Behringer will set filters throughout a set, even when no feedback occurs, which doesn't seem to hurt the sound, but is annoying. The Sabine does not. It definitely raises the effective sound level before feedback of your monitors or FOH when set up as the manual describes.
