I love this tuner and everyone I ever play with tries to steal it. i don't know what all the others are saying, but it's great. I've had it for YEARS and have only gone through probably 2 batteries. The in/out is is great for just leaving it set up, but it's small enought to take with.

I use this with an acoustic electric Alvarez with a Martin pickup, an assortment of Stratocasters and a 12 string electric.
It turns off if you forget to do it yourself. (15 minutes I think)
I have never had a sound come from it...no buzzing when plugged in line to the amps live.

I have used it for all live gigs for years! And yes, it has taken a beating.

I've never had to call customer support, but I'd buy from them again (If this one ever gives out)
Yes, I've recomended it to others

This tuner is super easy to use, never gets in the way, is easy to read and durable for home & live use. If you need a tuner and want it to last for more than a year, get tis one. Or one like it (current model).

Every time I turn it on, it is in a different octave. Changing batterys doesn't help. I use my daughters keyboard to calibrate it. Once calibrated, it is accurate, but who wants to calibrate a tuner each time you turn it on. Unfortunately, I don't take my daughters keyboard with me when I gig.

Terrible customer support. I tried contacting them countless times via E-mail, and never got a response.

I have been playing for 35 years, mostly light rock, easy listening, country, etc. Have had several tuners over the years, and not much luck yet. Based on the total lack of customer support from Sabine, I won't buy anything from them again! I think I'll try a BOSS Tuner and see if their Quality and customer support is any better.

Easy to use is an overstatement, someone who's never touched a guitar could use it.

I didn't notice any degradation in tone but sometimes I wasn't in tune with the other guy's tuners and we would have to tune to each other by ear. I've used other tuners in comparison and the Sabine was the only one that was ever off pitch so I give it a 2.

Hmm, let's see...made of plastic ( dropped it once and it never worked again)...depend on a tuner that won't stay calibrated? NO-WAY!

After I dropped mine I called the company to see if I could get some sort of repair schematic (I'm not an electronic's tech but I can read schematics). No luck, I could ship it to them and they would fix it for more than it was worth since the warranty was out.

I bought this not long after I started playing about 9 years ago because the salesman said he used the same thing, but they all say that about everything don't they. I'm not professional but I know quality gear( now anyways) and this is not quality. Maybe good for someone learning how to tune and play but not for playing out anywhere with anybody.
