I bought this second hand so it was not completely working. it has 5 effects, surf, volume, hurricane, wah and siren. the wah is simple to use though it operates in the opposite way to a normal wah. overall very simple and easy to use pedal.

I'm using this with my sqier strat. with a ds-1 distortion and running it through my kustom amp. Sounts alright clean and alright with a bit of distortion on the wah, though it is hard to get a good high end sound.
volume pedal works fairly well and is a volume pedal so theres not much to say.
there is some crackling in the pots but that is most likely due to wear as it is from the 60's.

the siren does not always work straight away. i would still use it for a gig though still expect some kind of mishaps from it.

i play alot of hendrix, zeppelin and mostly rock. its a good pedal to muck around with but for a proffessional not worth it. If stolen i'd be dissapointed but not that motivated to get a new one.
The wah is a lot of fun though it is reversed.
