Ease of Use : 8
Once one has found one's favorite setting(s), the pedal is easy to use. That the pedal has so many adjustable parameters necessitates devoting some time to exploring it's many tonal possibilities.

I downloaded the manual, which was simple and informative. One doesn't really need the manual though.

I imagine all the sounds it makes are usable in some way. I can see eventually being able to make use of several settings via adjustments in mid performance, but am primarily motivated to find my one favorite setting so I can "set it and forget it".

Sound Quality : 10
My setup:

Les Paul>volume pedal w/ tuner out>Super Bawl Whine-O-Wah>Electro-Harmonix Tube Zipper>Fulltone Ultimate Octave>Marshall JTM 60 watt combo tube amp with a pair of Boss delays and a Fulltone Fat Boost in the effects loop.

I've had the pedal for about a week and have spent maybe 6-10 hours playing around with it (I don't play as much as I'd like). This is the best playing and best sounding wah wah pedal I've ever played. There is some noise in the toe forward position when playing with a lot of distortion or fuzz, but it's WAY quieter than my Crybaby 535Q.

I haven't found a bad sound yet, though the "White Room" wah setting is too bassy for my taste. I'm no where near done experimenting with different combinations of hormone and wah settings though, the possibilities are so many...

In short, it plays and sounds great. One can dial in any desired wah sound.

Reliability : No Opinion
I haven't had it long, but it seems to be built like a tank.

Customer Support : No Opinion
No experience.

Overall Rating : 10
What style of music do you play? Is this a good match?:

I play blues, rock, funk, and psychedelia. This pedal is awesome for what I do.

How long have you been playing? What other gear do you own?:

I've been playing for 23 years. I currently own the pedals in the setup described above plus a Maestro Echoplex (being repaired) which will ultimately replace my digital delays.

If it were stolen or lost, would you buy it again or get something else?:

If it were lost or stolen I'd consider getting another one but would also look at other options.

what do you love about it? What do you hate? What is your favorite feature?:

I love its playability, and the range of sounds it can help me produce. I don't hate anything about it. My favorite feature is its versitility.
