Settings are simple as follows, 3 wah settings, Volume knob, twinductor beef boost? and hormone control??.
My unit is ex demo so I'm missing the manual and whatever else came with it.
It is fairly easy to use, one thing that annoys me is when you take your foot off the pedal the weight of it means that you can't leave it in one position.

I use a gibson Les paul special and a Laney A3012 series 2 amp. It sounds good, has a hint of vintage to it. The settings are already talked about I'm sure but I'll give my thoughts.
The white room setting has an underwater sound to it, its the bassiest setting. I've never really liked this setting allthough I often mess about with it as it is the most unique sound of the 3. The Voodoo setting is the more coventional setting having a mid frequency cut off point. My favourite is the Shaft setting which is the most trebly of the 3.
When distorted using amp distortion this pedal buzzes like mad.
The volume adds a little bit of distortion to the wah and so does the hormone setting and the beef boost. When played clean I turn all these on/up. Though when distorted it is a bit much. Overall I like the sound of this pedal alot. When switching settings expect some noise, but stomping the wah on and off is seamless.

The wire that lights up the dogs eyes has come loose which is a shame. It's easy to fix but I haven't bothered as the pedal is running fine otherwise.
It is dependable enough it was an ex demo model from my local guitar store and has worked fine for the last year I've had it.

I play an eclectic mix of styles, everything except country and shredding metal stuff. This pedal is now a regular edition to my live/studio setup.
I don't use any other effects apart from wah and amp distortion.
When totally overdriven this pedal hisses like crazy but I hardly play with that type of overdrive.
In an ideal world there would have been a setting half way between voodoo and shaft which would have been the most familiar wah sound.
I've been playing about 15 years and I have got to the stage where I buy quality guitar stuff nowadays, this pedal is decent enough to have a place in my standard playing outfit. I have been trying out amps recently as I want to buy a decent stack. I tried this pedal on a orange thunderverb with my les paul and it was beautiful.

How easy can it get?
Stomp it on an use your foot.
One volume knob if you want a boost you can
and 3 different wah setting: 'White Room' 'Voodoo' and 'Shaft'
does it need more explanation?
The wah pedal is a little loose but it's all in your mind

It s good. It has a real open sound. and you can select 3 different types.
Everyone has its favorites, yes well at least you have that. other wahs are not so nice: if you dont like the one sound its too bad there is no other.
For me its great I play a coverband and I can use all 3 of em.
Clapton, Red Hot Chili, Enter Sandman, J.Brown, ... It works it's not all identical but it's close enough for me

I play Rock, Blues, Funk and Hard rock, and everything in between. Some metal too but not much, (maybe for metal would buy another wah)
I would try to buy it again but its hard to find one these days
I chose this one for the versatility, 3 in one for a good price.
Maybe it doesnt have the name of a dunlop or Vox but neither am I a Professional
Would it be nice if you could toggle between the types by foor?
I like the look. either you like , either you hate I Guess
I didnt pay fot it as I (no i didnt steal it) I traded it for a boss MT2.

alot of the reviews I've read here don't really echo the experience I've had with this pedal,I suspect alot of the detractors of this pedal are stuck in the same rut as many people who have only thought that a wah pedal should sound like a crybaby simply because it's been around so long.LET ME TELL YOU THIS..with just a bit of use to learn the sweep of this pedal it is SICK,this pedal REEKS of soulfull tone after soulfull tone.
you can duplicate the sound of a crybaby with this pedal and then leave that sound behind as you open up the other 80% of this pedals potential.
crybaby=one trick pony

Very simple to use, press down on the pedal to turn it on, this is a little firm to begin with but loosens up as the rubber stoppers get compressed. You get a level boost on one side so you can drive your amp a bit harder with it on and a selection of three filter settings on the other side.
Sound Quality
:

The three sounds are all quite different. White Room is quite dark, Voodoo should be self explanatory and Shaft is a very trebly filter setting.
The real problem with all of the settings is that most of the tone sweeping hapens over a very small range of pedal movement. With the pedal pulled up it's very muddy but theres no real treble boost until the pedal is nearly all the way down which makes it a bit fiddly to use.
My biggest gripe is with the feel, there's not enough feedback from the pedal and it's too easy to move. Plus you can't leave it half-cocked as it's too loose. This is even with the tensioning svrews fully tightened.

Overall there are much better pedals out there, some for considerably less money. I bought it because of the promise of versatility but poor ergonomics and some minor design flaws make it stay almost entirely unused in my pedal chain. Slightly disappointing.

I called the company phone number listed on this site and spoke to a nice man who said he would send me out a replacement swith right away- no charge! I thought, great! Well, I waited and waited, no switch! Then I emailed the company directly (after their website finally started to work again) and guess what? I got NO response from them at all! I'm still waiting for my switch. About 2 months now!

I've been playing rock and blues for 40 years. My idol is Jeff Beck so that's why I bought it. It sounded liked him all right but broke so fast that I'm back to my Cry Baby. If it were lost or stolen I'd thank the person that took it! I'd NEVER buy another one. The last thing you need in the middle of a gig is your gear going out.

I tried the pedal for some days and I found it very uncomfortable.
Heel completely down, the volume fades away: you have to work a lot with the toe to get some decent sound.
Moreover after 3 days one of the 2 screws that should keep the pedal fixed in one position was out!
As someone already said, it's also difficult to switch the wah on/off.

I tried it with my Telecaster American and the sound itself isn't so bad. But it does not have a real "clean" channel, and if you add its distortion to another effect (Boss Digital Metallizer, e.g.) the result is terrible.

Very easy to use. Didn't take long at all before I had a couple of wah sounds that I really liked. I really enjoy the long sweep. I had a Jimmy Hendrix was before this one, and I din't much care for the action on it. Mine is number 400. Bought it used at a pawn shop. It's ugly as hell, in a good way.

I play a Gibson SG into a Mesa Dual Rectifier and 1 or 2 4x12 cabs (rehersal or shows). This pedal sounds FANTASTIC. I didn't even really like wah pedals till I go this one. Now I'm addicted.
Right now I like the volume of the wah to be similar to my signal. But it is nice to have the option to raise it with the volume dial. For bluesy stuff, I like the hormone switch on Testosterone (instead of Estrogen). The testosterone drive is almost as dynamic as a tubescreamer. The rest of the time, I leave the hormone switch to Estrogen for a cleaner wah sound.
None of the three modes sound bad, but my favorite is Vodoo. I swear I played Vodoo Chile for a hour straight when I brought this pedal home. The Shaft setting is great for sutting through, and the White Room setting is good for using the wah as a filter.
This thing just sounds GREAT!
There is some signal change when it is in bypass. And there is some noise introduced when you turn it on. Neither of the two are significant to cause an issue.

It's very rugged. Thick metal chassis and pedal.
Since I bought it used, I took it apart to blow out the dust, hair, etc. I noticed that the volume knob is zip-tied in. The volume pot was a bit loose, and needed to be tightened. Now I figured out why someone zip tied it. The previous owner stripped the bottom thread by tightening it too hard. It holds firmly, but I'll bet if I kick it, it will come loose (why would I do that?). The dial itself is between the Wah and my Volume pedal, so it's not really an issue.

Thing would never turn on and off at the right time. Then a few months after getting the pedal it starts to screw around in terms of volume. The volume would fade in and out when i used it. I brought it into the shop, they told me it was on warranty. Took weeks to repair and then they tell me this Charlie Stringer dude is dead, so i gotta pay 30$ for the fix. I bring it home and it works a bit but just craps out after a few days, and now itll do the volume thing even when it's OFF.

I bought this pedal cause it was the cheapest in the store and i thought i could get a deal seeing as i bought my whole rig there, so they dumped the taxes for me. WHOOPPEE 10$. little did i know i could've gone on ebay and had a vox for a third of the price, which seem a lot more reliable.

Hi folks. I am Bill Anderson, owner of Naked Hoof? and I've just finished redesigning the Snarling Dogs website. I've read a whole lot of comments from some Snarling Dogs users, and some are great and others are less than complimentary.
First, I've noticed that the negative comments are (mostly) pretty old and likely reflect early production models. I have known Ed and Marc over at Matthews & Ryan ever since they started up their business (Marc used to be the drummer in my band :). I can tell you this: these guys work hard and are extremely interested in customer satisfaction. They have made a number of improvements in the Snarling Dogs product line, and they stand behind them 100%.
If you've tried Snarling Dogs products in the past and were dissatisfied, I suggest you give them another try. I know the customer support works, because I occasionally even jump in with a customer response whenever I can personally help someone. I don't get paid for that, and I am not getting paid for this. I do it because I believe in these guys and I know that if you have a problem that they will bend over backwards to make sure that the problem is fixed. So if you've had a bad experience with a Snarling Dogs product, and/or customer service issues, I personally invite you to give them another try. I think you'll be very pleased.
On another note: now that the Snarling Dogs website has been redesigned (and man did it NEED that ;), I have posted sound clips, pedal information from the designer Kenny Segall and manuals on the site to make it easy for you to listen to the pedals and find out more about them before you buy. I hope you enjoy the new site.

It's cheap enough that I wouldn't have to beat somebody up over it. I've played around with a few other wah pedals, an older Morley and a newer Vox wah. I like the extreme sound of this pedal, some people won't. I really don't have a favorite setting, all of them are excellent! I'd love to try out more of their pedals!

I play with a variety of guitars, from a Les Paul Studio to a Joe Satriani Signature Ibanez, and I get great sound from both with the pedal (well, I get great sound without, too, but that's not the point). It has a big sweep on it, so the expression you can get out of it is great. It also has three different settings for how "dark" or "light" you want the wah to be. There's Shaft, an almost tinny sounding wah; Voodoo, which is Hendrix wah; and White Room, which is a heavier sounding wah.

This unit is very easy to use. Some people say they have trouble using it but I think the functions on this beast are amazing. Sure, the switch might be hard to turn on, but who the hell plays in concert, sitting down. I had trouble with it at first. I simple tightened to rubber stoppers and the bottom of the foot. I've no problems since. If you tighten the rubber stoppers too much, the rubber face plate (the foot shape) will lift.

I use a 100 Watt Marshall head with two 4X12 cabinets. I use A gibson Les Paul double cutaway, a gibson L6-S, and a mexican fender with Texas special replacement pickups. I use a variety of pedals such as, Boss Metal Zone, Boss Distortion, Boss Chorus, Ibanez tubescreamer, Boss Heavy Metal (it's old), and a Boss compression/sustainer.
This pedal is way better than my DOD FX-17 Wah/volume. With the Whine-O pedal I get everything I want from mild wah to heavy wah. It also has 3 types of wah built in.
One really good thing about this pedal is that you can leave it in one position to get a specific sound. Now with a Morley Bad Horsie you can't do this because the second you take your foot off of it, it goes to bypass.

No matter what settings on the wah, I find I switch patches on my rig when I plan to engage the wah, so I can EQ out that ear-piercing trebly crap when the pedal is full down. Same as it ever was....the switch blows dick. Your pressing on it (and I'm 150 lbs) will case the switch housing to separate soon enough. I managed to fix it by bending it's inadequate metal tabs back into place and then "potting" the whole switch housing in epoxy.

If I change guitars (or for different musical moods) I can send a MIDI signal to change the wahs tonal range. Plus the mechanical part is N.A. since the controller can be a simple CC pedal.
Besides, John Petrucci uses it and he is my God...

On-off switch broke within 10 minutes. The failure was surprising after researching the product reviews and getting a favorable impression, but then I vaguely remembered other folks having the same problem. I verified the reviews again, and found 3 out of 10 guys had the same problem early (puppy mortality). I was curious and disassembled "the dog" to look for a malady. Everything, the housing, switches, and hardware look military industrial grade, except the on-off switch. The offending switch had its casing separated from the weight of the toe-on action. Definately, a weak link in the design. This switch looked plastic by contrast to the other hardware (rotary switch, toggle switch) that appeared metal, titanium for all I know. The toe-on action is the most frequent operation and the switch should be more robust. And my perceptions seem to substantiated by some of the other reviews.

This is your standard wah pedal. The same learning curve still applies as any other wah pedal, it takes some practice to get good with one,but this is no harder than any other pedal.

My current setup is a american strat through a Fender Deville. This pedal is the best sounding wah pedal in my opinion. The only complaint I have is that there is a slight increase in volume when you kick it on. I have tried this pedal through lots of amps, from marshalls, to peaveys to mesas, this is a good pedal through any amp.

Built like a brick. I'd gig without a backup. I've had it for a month now, and the only prodlem I've had is with the bolt around the volume knob has become loos a few times. I will replace the bolt later, if it becomes loose again.

Never dealt with them, but if you've read some of the other reviews, mr. Stinger cares about his customers, and the pedals with his name on them, I have no worries.

I play a mix of blues/rock/ska/funk, This pedal does the job exceptionally. Now all I need is a parker fly and I will be set. The only problem I have had is the volume knob, and I won't loose sleep over it. I think this is a class A pedal that you sould try if you get a chance.

It's a wah for god's sake :) Has the footpedal, a volume control (u can get about 18db of gain out of it) and a three-position switch which allows you to select the frequencies the wah will sweep (this gives some great tone flexibilty). And you've probably seen the looks of this beast already, so i won't bother telling how cool it is :)

Ohh the sound :) Well, it's simply the best wah tone i've heard. To start with, the bypass is clean. When u activate the effect, the eyes of the dog turns red (beautiful :)... the sweep is long and deep, and the sound's very clean at any point (even in the high freq mode). It's hard to explain, it's like it's got some more "ooohmmp" that makes the tone richer... listen it and u'll agree completely. The frequency selector it's great and allows u to make the wah sound like virtually any other out there. The "White room" (low freq) mode is great to make those deep rich rytmic sounds or a "vintage" sound when u solo, "Voodoo" (med) works excellent for both too (i use it to solo mainly) and the "Shaft" (high freqs) is really high and ear-cracking.. :) i'm sure those after some radical noise will love it.
The only drawback is that, even with the volume control at zero, the wah level it's a little higher than the normal guitar level, and that's the only reason i'm giving it a nine. But for that wah sound i can live with that!

It's undestructible. Really. The box is thick solid metal and very heavy (it's NOT going to accidentaly move), the footpedal is practically a piece of foot-shaped steel :), with a thick plastic cover. The gear track is very wide, the dpdt switch is solid, the controls are well made and attached... even the wires that goes from the box to the two leds in the pedal are tidy and well attached. Beleive me, it's not going to ever let u down... and if it does, the nuclear explosion would kill u as well :)

Bottom line: it's the best wah i've heard... and it'll be the best YOU hear so go out and get one. No, get two. It has a terrific sound, an extremely good look :), it's practically bulletproof and haves a GREAT price... what else could u want? Everyone that i know and tried the pedal were amazed, it's all i can say. If it were stolen i'd kill that person and it's descendants.

I'm using this with a Gibson LesPaul Standard thru a Fender Hot Rod DeVille 410 amp.The Whine-O gets a little noisy when the pedal is sitting in the forward position(treble),but nothing too serious mind you.All three settings on the selector sound good,White Room being my favorite.Although this pedal sounds great and I don't regret buying it, I'm not getting the sound I'm looking for. There's a song called "Sheik"on ZZ Top's Tres Hombres album that has Billy Gibbons playing the funkiest wah-wah pedal I ever heard,it has this outrageous quacking sound that seems to be concentrated in one small area of that pedals travel, real vintage tone, maybe it's a Cry Baby or a Vox perhaps, anybody out there have any idea? The Whine-O is much different in that the tone changes gradually throughout the pedals travel, like a foot-controlled adjustable E.Q.Nice for some things but not everything. The bypass switching isn't pure because I notice more prescence or treble in my signal when the pedal is switched off compared to when my guitar is plugged straight into the amp.

I play straight ahead Seventies Rock or Blues/Rock,while this pedal is excellent it doesn't nail the sound I'm going for.I've been playing for over 20 years.I never got to compare it against other wah pedals because I bought it through mail order. If it were lost or stolen I'd probably buy this pedal again.I bought this pedal thinking that it would duplicate most wah pedals out there but it doesn't.However what it does is still really impressive.I'd like the tone to have more of a quack to it,in a narrow area on the pedals throw. The CryBaby 535Q might be worth checking out,it has the adjustable Q. Does anyone have any suggestions on a wah pedal like ZZ Top's Tres Hombres song "Sheik"?Drop me a line.

I'm currently using a Fender Strat Plus and a Fender Blues Jr.(tweed)with a Boss SD-1 as a preamp for leads (distortion turned almost off). I found the Whine-O wah not any noisier than other wahs I have played (Vox,Crybaby,Morley). I find it too aggressive and too loud for my taste. I like a wah to enhance my sound not overtake it.My advice would be try them all before you buy. You never know this pedal might be the one you are looking for. I find all 3 settings good but too much of a good thing.

I play blues and roots rock and found the Whine-O wah not suitable for my style or sound. I've been playing for 30 years and bought this wah as an investment . I like Charlie's attitude of making pedals usable and imaginative. I did compare the Whine-O wah to Vox,Crybaby and Morley and found it louder with more sweep. I hope this will help you choose the right wah for you.

This is a very aggresive wah. I only use wah for solos, so this works well for me. If you want a subtle wah for rhythm work this may not work well for you. Even with the gain all the way down this wah has a distortion/overdrive effect that kicks in with the wah. It's nice to have access to different voicings. The most aggressive voicing is too over-the-top for me. The other two are excellent and I use both equally.
This pedal doesn't have true hardwire bypass. It doesn't really matter to me since it doesn't suck tone when out.

I really like this wah. I wish that it were a little less aggressive on the gain side, but it still works fine for me. This was my first purchase based solely on reviews on the net. I'm glad I bought it. I'd get another if anything happened to it.

Couldn't be much simpler. The Whine-O has a preamp volume gain and a 3 way wah mode switch. Both are equipped with huge chicken head knobs. The volume setting does not go to zero. It's set at the factory to start at a volume that is just slightly less than the pass through volume. This is the full counter-clockwise setting. The maximum clockwise setting is LOUD! At full volume, it is the loudest preamp volume boost I have ever heard in ANY effect pedal.

I play shred metal and what you might call metal blues. I love a thick meaty sound. The Whine-O gives me that sound. At first, it caught me off guard, because I was expecting a more conventional wah and tone response more typical of a Crybaby or Vox wah. The Whine-O is completely different. The sweep starts the second you depress the pedal and doesn't stop until you get to the end of the sweep. This causes the actual wah sound to build up during the entire sweep. With my Vox and Crybaby wahs, the wah is more compact. By that I mean it doesn't take the entire sweep to form the wah sound. But before and after the wah sound, there's not much there. But with the Whine-O, there seems to be something happening at every point in the sweep. This makes it possible to use the Whine-O as a frequency filter. Wherever in the sweep you leave the treadle, there is a distinctly different frequency. This works equally well in all three wah modes. Great feature.
Because of the long sweep, it took me a few days to get the Whine-O to wah on 'demand'. But the result is a wah sound that is long and powerful. If you are into Top 40 wah, the whine-O may be too intense for you.
I'm one of the guys who purchased one of the first Whine-O's late last year. I read jrocks Harmony Central review and its too bad he didn't call Snarling Dogs and ask them to see what they could do for him. If he had, based on my experience and that of the other people who posted reviews, he would have been given great customer service, and would have had his wah upgraded and returned. (I sent mine in and got it back, all within one week.) The sound on the upgraded return that I got (see customer support below) is beyond anything available in any other wah I am familiar with.
Charlie Stringer calls the original whine-O sound tame and the upgraded sound aggressive. I loved the original tame sound, but the aggressive version is much more powerful. I loved the original Whine-O sound, but Charlie talked me into the aggressive sound, as he calls it. The original sound was incredible but I actually prefer the aggressive sound even more. I have no clue what jrock means when he said the Whine-O had a transistor sound. That was a strange comment.. The tame AND aggressive versions of the Whine-O sound are the exact opposite !
The noise level generated from the Whine-O is no louder than other wahs. Its actually a little quieter than my Vox when set at the same volume levels. The exceptions would be optic cell wahs like Morley or George Dennis. But what you gain in quietness with these wahs, you lose in sound

This thing weighs a ton. I think it's over 6 pounds. You can kick it all night long, and it's not going to move. The molded case is made from solid steel. It's much bigger than any of the other wah cases. Most of the other wah brands must have their cases made by Dunlop because most of them look like the Crybaby case.
The Whine-O treadle is also solid steel and is attached to the housing on a steel axle that goes through raised steel openings in the housing. The nylon gear track that connects from the treadle to the gear is twice as wide as the gear track on my Vox. The pot is sealed Clarastat pot. if you don't have a sealed pot in your wah, you're begging for trouble.
The size of the treadle makes the Whine-O very user friendly. And in the middle of the treadle is a snarling Dogs logo that glows in the dark. In the middle of the logo are two Snarling dogs eyes that act as LEDs when the pedal is turned on. There's no way you're going to lose this wah on a dark stage.
My Whine-O also came with a bag with some spare parts in it. Very cool,.

I've NEVER dealt with a company like Snarling Dogs before. When I first saw the Whine-O advertised last winter, I assumed I could go to Guitar Center and try one out. But they didn't carry them, and still don't. So much for Guitar Center. I called Snarling Dogs and asked to speak to someone in sales. Charlie Stringer himself came to the phone. When I told him I wanted to try a Whine-O, but I couldn't find one at Guitar Center or the other stores in my area, he offered me a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee if I wanted to buy one direct. Done.
A few months later I got email from Charlie saying that he and his designers thought the Whine-O was too noisy, and that they had special inductors made that would make them quieter. He also said they had come up with a wah sound that they liked more than the original Whine-O sound. He offered to take my Whine-O back, install the new inductor, and upgrade the sound for free. Again, done. Charlie even put me on his monthly e-mail newsletter list.

The Whine-O is the ballsiest, coolest looking effect I've ever owned. The versatility of the having the 3 way wah mode switch and preamp volume boost, the tone filter capability, and the customer support and service, make the Whine-O the best wah you can buy. Snarling Dogs is coming out with another Whine-O called the Super Bawl. The newsletter said it has a couple of additional features that make the pedal even more versatile. I've already put one on reserve.

I'm Charlie Stringer, creator of the Snarling Dogs strings, effects, and wahs. This is in response to the submission by jrock@bigfoot.com.
You purchased one of the first generation Whine-O's. Because you have obviously read the other HC comments posted by our customers - which is why I assume you claim in your review (when referring to Stringer Industries) - "... I've heard they're great and always helping with their product", I'm surprised you couldn't figure this out.
As other customers who purchased the first generation Whine-O's have done, I'm equally surprised you didn't send the Whine-O back so that we could not only have made it quieter, but upgraded its 'wah' to the aggressive wah sound our customers say is the absolute best wah they have ever experienced.
We will GLADLY compare any of our wahs (including the new $74.95 LIST priced Wonder Wah we are introducing at the Nashville NAMM Show) against ANY wah in the business - including those in the $200 to $300 price range. How about having the company that makes (or, ahem, that you work for?) your favorite wah meet us for a Battle of the Wahs at the L.A. NAMM Show next winter?
As for your musing as to whether the footpad will fall off, I've already received a number of emails from some of the folks we have sold Whine-O's to who wonder how much you weigh. ALL Snarling Dogs Wahs are housed in 6LB zinc die-cast cases. The footpad is solid steel, and pivots over a solid steel axle. JROCK, if THIS footpad breaks, you don't need a new wah, you need your stomach stapled.
The wiring connecting the LED's to the circuitry has yet to break on the 2,000+ wahs we've shipped. The wires, to our knowledge, have never broken from their solder points. We leave a lot of slack in the wires just for that reason. That's the good news. The great news is that ALL of our wahs have LED's.
++++
All I can suggest to those who read the customer postings on HC is this:
If you're in the market for a wah, BY ALL MEANS, compare the Whine-O next to NUMEROUS other wahs. If you like a super long sweep that culminates in a thick, growling wah, you'll LOVE any of the second generation, or upgraded first generation, Snarling Dogs wahs. If you prefer a traditional, frequency-condensed wah-sound like that preferred by JROCK, you probably won't like the Snarling Dogs wahs.
If you're still undecided, email the customers who have posted their reviews on HC and ask them if they are as happy with their Whine-O as their reviews would have us believe. If you're STILL undecided, email ME after the Nashville Show (I'll be back on the 15th), and I'll see if I can answer your questions, and help you choose the right wah. If I don't think the SD wahs are for you, I'll tell you so.
Because we do a lot of direct sales (we're too whacked out for most retailers to want to be associated with us) , I have one other piece of advice. Regardless of the product you buy, or the company you buy it from, you owe it to yourself (because YOU'RE the customer) to contact the company to see if they will help you with whatever problem you may be having with the product. Frankly, some of the most loyal customers we have are those who purchased the first generation Whine-O's, and then returned them to us to be quieted down and upgraded. I guess these customers have concluded ANY company can sell a product, but FEW will be there when, and if, a problem develops with the product.
If you DO have a problem, and the company doesn't want to help you out, hey, HC is a great place to vent your anger. But give the company a chance to prove it. Most of the companies in this industry are small , mine included. We haven't grown so big that business profits come before business ethics.
Best regards, Charlie Stringer
