Ease of Use : 10
On/Off can't get more simple than that.

Sound Quality : 10
You have to realize that this is no ordinary wah. It increases the tone and volume to a large degree. It also takes a while to learn how to use it, but once you do, it is great for what it does. It's not a regular wah pedal. It's more of a notch filter. I find that once you find the position that gives the sound your after, you just leave it there. It is very sensitive. I also own a budda Budwah, which is great, and use them together for different sounds. the Wonder Wah is like a distortion pedal as well. There is nothing else like it anywhere. They don't make them anymore so if you find a used one, grab it.

Reliability : 10
I have had it for quite a while and never had any problem. A little squirt of contact cleaner is necessary once in a while to keep the pots clean. It's so loud that a dirty pot will be very noticable.

Customer Support : 10
Never needed them, but I hear they are very responsive. A lot of top-notch players use these things.

Overall Rating : 10
If your looking for a plain old wah, this ain't it. But, if your looking for a very unique sounding pedal that is like no other, this is it. I would recommend getting a regular wah like a Budda and use the Wonder Wah right after it. It's true bypass and does not affect the sound when it's off. It nails "Jeff Beck" "Eric Clapton', etc. if you know how to use it. I love the big green thing.

Yer I like this pedal. I was sick of Morley and Dunlop Wah's etc. Frankly I wanted something slightly different. I love to leave it with the pedal right down flat - it is almost instant Schenker with a nice growl to the sound. I'm only jusy getting used to and keep missing that 'sweet' spot because it is very much closer to 'flat' than say a Dunlop which is about in the mid-pedal position.

Sound Quality : 8
I am using this with a stock Ibanez Prestige 1570, Custom built superstrat with EMG's, Marshall 4x12, Marshall 50 watt re-issue plexi 1987x (modded), Digitech RP14D.
I have noticed I needed to tweak the noise supression a little - it is a little more noisy than my previous Wah's.
I have also noticed it really eats batteries and when they fade the sound becomes very distorted before dying completely.

Reliability : 10
Yes - built like a tank basically. But take a spare battery or link it up to a 9v power box.

Not dealt

Overall Rating : 10
Well my style is Rhoads, Satriani and Schenker - suits this well. Alien sounds good through this pedal.
I like the 'true-bypass' feature and colour is distinctive, your certainly not going to miss it on stage in dim lighting conditions.

Simple to use wah. Nothing fancy other than the looks.

Sound Quality : 8
I use an Epiphone Les Paul Studio (all stock) and a USA Fender Standard Strat. My amp is a small Vox solid state hooked up to a 1X15 cabinet. It's a noisy wah but in my opinion that's the charm of it. It's a very dynamic pedal. It response a lot like a good overdrive pedal - relax your attack and the signal cleans up, dig in and it gets dirty as all get out! It's also sensitive to the guitar you use. It adds a lot of gain which is a little annoying but that's what your guitars volume knob is for! The added gain is a great tool to boost solo work! As many have stated, It's built like a tank on the outside but the inside is full of plastic. It does the job but I'd like to see higher quality components in there. For the price I paid for it I really shouldn't complain. It's one of my favorite pedals with looks to match.

Reliability : 8
I believe this is a reliable product. I'd say if it was dropped or smashed around a bit it would hold up.

Overall Rating : 8
For my style this is a perfect fit! I'm a blues/rock kind of guy. I love sensitive overdirve that kicks in when I really attack the guitar and this compliments my tone very well. I've been playing for 15+ years and I'm happy to own this. Other than this I've got a Boss Blues Driver and a Boss DS1 distortion. I also have a Danelectro slap echo pedal that keeps things interesting.

I love the fact that this is a simple wah. Plug it in, turn it on and play! I used to have a Morley WVO (Wah/Volume made in the late 70s to early 80s). That thing was a monster. It sounded wonderful but it was also a noisy one, very much like this one. I think I prefer this wah to the Morley. The Morley had a different circut design that was dependent upon a light bulb and an optical cell. It also had a permanent power chord instead of batteries or an option for an 9V adapter like this Wonder Wah does. This is a lot easier to deal with.

Ease of Use : 6
Easy to use. I mean, it's a wah pedal. Easy to get a good sound? It depends on your perspective.

Sound Quality : 1
My setup is Standard Jazz bass-->Boss compressor-->(Wonder Wah, previously)-->Robert Keeley Boss Blues driver--> Rocktron HypnoFlange--> 1956 DeArmond Volume Pedal--> E~H Deluxe Memory Man-->SWR Workingmans 4004--> Avatar 2x10 and 1x15. The wah was always noisy. When it was assembled, I was told by Kenny of SD, a ramp was placed where a resistor should have been. Because of this, it boosted my signal to an unuseable extent.

Reliability : 1
Well, right now, it's broken. I tried to repair it using Kenny's instructions, but his instructions were terribly incorrect. It is now setting upside down on top of my filing cabinet. A $120 freaking paper-weight. By the way, despite having a heavy metal casing, everything inside is cheap plastic.

Customer Support : 1
It takes eons to get a response from Kenny, and it's useless when it comes. He told me how to "fix" the problem, but his instructions were incorrect. He described things on the circuit board that weren't even there. Now, he's asking $48 to fix it. Fix what he admitted was the company's mistake. I will never, ever recommend a Snarling Dogs product to anyone, not even my enemies.

Overall Rating : 2
If it was stolen, I wouldn't particularly care. I wish I had the money I bought it with so I could buy a wah pedal from a real company.

Ease of Use : 8
As easy as any other wah

Sound Quality : 5
Amazing at first, but soon became useless. Not good if it can't last. I'd like to see a pedal made by dunlop that could take the one could feature (greater range) and make it with Dunlop quality.

Reliability : 2
In the first month, the wah was extreme. It had a huge range. However, very soon I noticed that when I switched the pedal on, it actually drained volume. Gradually this became worse and then eventually in addition to the volume loss was an almost total loss of wah. Suggestions from the designer of the pedal, though friendly were illogical to solving the problem (making the switch stick out further through the body by either removing the locking washer or pulling back the nut) I work for an electronics company and had a senior technican do it even though he wasn't even sure why the suggestion was made.
Further more, once you are inside the device, you realize that the durabilty of this super heavy unit is an illusion. The medal is heavy but on the inside both the input and outputs were extermely loose (compare to a Dunlop Crybaby!)
The resistor inside was shockingly loose. In fact, many of the parts inside including the inner workings of the switch were surprisingly flimsy and plastic.
With its glow in the dark dog, red eye lights and unique foot shaped pedal, it's all sizzle and no steak.

Customer Support : 6
Yes friendly. But advice was odd. The switch was working so didnt understand why more of the switch needed to be sticking out. The service did come fast though it seemed indicative of a known issue. Just find it disturbing that after 6 months of ownnership, I would have to go in to make a Mickey Mouse alteration that should have been made and tested when manufactured.

Overall Rating : 3
I am sad, really. The product looks cool but the skimping on quality parts and lack of true performance innovation is a leason learned. It had a great sound but I implore any of you...even those with great reviews....once you see inside the unit, you will understand that its only a matter of time before you too are going out to buy something proven.
In the first month it had monster sound allowing anything from Hendrix to Metallica---the clean sound was mediocre.
I'm sad because I did love it at first but I also know that even if I had it professionally repaired, it would just break again.

Again I can't stress to anyone out there...Go with simple proven elelctronics. It's ironic that this is the most expensive Wah on the market. Go for STEAK and not the SIZZLE!!

It must be all the money spent on the eyes that light up.

Ease of Use : 10
easy to use. manual doesnt really explain how to use it(not that it should have to)...it explains more of how to properly plug it in, and batteries/adaptor.

Sound Quality : 9
sound quality is great. some people said you can't get a clean sound but only dirty sounds. i found it exact opposite. i find it sounds best clean. the more distortion you give, the muddier and undefined it gets. it has a very nice sweep from low to high.

Agile Hornet------> wonder wah------->marshall 15w

i find it sounds best alone without any other effects, if i want a bit of distortion, ill just turn up my amp gain.

Reliability : 6
this is where i think it might be bad. a lot of people seem to think that just because its big and heavy that it will last. it IS big and heavy(about 10 pounds), but there are exposed wires, and plastic parts, although so far its been perfect.

Customer Support : 9
ive never personally dealt with them, but they seem very helpful and loyal to their customers judging by the manual/letter/website.

Overall Rating : 9
ive been playing for 6 years. i own 4 other pedals...ds2 mt2, cs3, creamy d. this is surely my 2nd favorite (metal zone is #1 of course)
im not in a band, and i play purely for fun. playing it just makes you wanna say WAH WAH WAH with the music. i like the color, look, and especially the sound. the only problem i have with it is the noise of the pot when you depress the pedal. when youre not playing loud, you can really hear it, and it sounds ugly...but thats pretty minor so other than that, it is DEFINATELY worth the buy...oh ya and the eyes light up!!!

Ease of Use : 10
It doesn't get much more easy than this plug it in, hit the switch, and move your foot

Sound Quality : 9
I'm using this with an Ibanez afs75t (jazz box), a Crate gfx 2x12, and a Boss DS-1 (distortion pedal). The sound is really good the only thing ive run into is some volume issues when quickly switching the distortion on and off but i think this is mostly a battery issue, once i replaced the battery it was fine.

Reliability : 9
I havent had any major sound problems, just when switching my distortion on and off really quickly which i think is a battery problem, the battery i'm using i think expired last year, but i didnt run into the problem at all so far once i put in a brand new battery. I think youd actaully have to try and break this thing for it to break the casing on it is really thick which is good for those of us who play at shows that get rowdy, you dont have to worry about it getting stepped on or kicked its not going break on you

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 9
I really like this pedal, i havent had any real issues with it, one thing though, I recommend using a little wd-40 on the hinge, when i got mine the movement was a little stiff and had a bit of a squeak, since i use this for mostly ska and reggae i need to mopve fast, and that fixed it right up. I would definatly go out and buy this thing all over again.

You plug your guitar in to it. No knobs to fuck with. Collest looking pedal ever made the eyes glow red when its on!!! What more do you need?

Sound Quality : 8
Sounds great with a les paul but shit with a strat or anyother single coil equipped guitar. I bought so I could try to get a dave navarro or john fruciante type sound and it delivered.

Reliability : 10
This thing weighs like 10 lbs it would be impossible to break it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
never talked to them

Overall Rating : 9
Even though it lacks in the clean department if you have a les paul you can make it sound great. If it were stolen or broken I think I might try the whine-o wah. Snarling dogs make some of the best pedals.

easy as hell to use.... just plug and wiggle your foot.

Sound Quality : 9
sounds damn good i like it. not much different from a crybaby or anything but it looks cool so.. we all know style is everything. liek a danelectro to a boss

Reliability : 5
this is where it sucks.... i had it for a month without heavy use and one day it only ahd half the volume... and then i would fool with it for a bit and it would come back.. very annoying and then it would disappear... it was very unreliable. so i called songbird music in ottawa and they took it back and i got a dan-echo... which was a good buy.

Customer Support : 6
i emailed charlie and he offered to call me which was nice of him cause it would ahve been expensive.. but he never did i don't think. maybe he just forgot. his reply to my email was prompt though and other people have said the service is good so think what you want....

Overall Rating : 5
i play punk, blues, any goddamned thing that catches my fancy.... not much for wah i can't really get the hang of it so it sounds good.. maybe i shoul go into porn :). if you want a cool wah sound it is awesome and it looks good but unreliable... so amke sure oyu can return it.
