2 Gold Dials and 1 Orange stomp button. Slick!
Level & Sensitivity do what you'd expect
This is pretty much set and forget, however there is much scope for weird pumping and breathing if you like that (and i do..)

Champion. In my experience of such devices, there is less noise than many other compressors and no tone suck that i can tell. Really gives you that glassy sound when set to full whack but is transparent at lower levels, however when you switch it off using these low settings you might find you preferred it when it was on, as it gives a certain polish to the sound. MUCH better than the Danelectro surf and turf & Boss compressors IMO.
I use with a Music Man 115 amp

At a guess i would say this pedal is more than 20 years old. Still works like a champ!
Metal casing, sturdy Battery hinge (accessed by a flathead screwdriver)
Dont think id need a backup, although i have more than 1 compressor on my board anyway.

Umm, i dont think you'll get any as the original company folded years ago. Even if they are making new stuff now its probably a different company who dont know anything about it!
I could only find 1 picture on the Web, and next to no information.

A great compressor. Sadly i was hoping for some weird Echo to arise from the depths of this black and orange Beauty but i think its meant to smooth the path feeding into a delay pedal or FX loop. This is exactly what it does on my pedalboard, going into a line 6 Echo Park. Also a bonus feature is the AC inlet which must have been rare for pedals of this age- Minus 1 point for not being an echo/compressor hybrid. Boo!
Good luck finding one!
