Ease of Use : 10
Very easy, plug cable into outlet and plug into pedal. If you have an older Boss pedal (they needed a 12v adaptor, unless daisy chained), you have to use the daisy chain and connect it to another standard 9v pedal for it to work.

Sound Quality : 10
Great. Very clean and reduced the hum. Works better with chorus and delay affects. I previously had a noisy Godlyke Powerall, and that thing created so much hum and hiss with my chorus pedal, it was almost as loud as my guitar volume. And this version is better than the standard FuelTank (IMO) because each out put is isolated. The standard fuel tank only isolates the 9v from the 12vDC and 12vAC.

Reliability : 10
Looks very reliable.

Great, and it's a lot safer to use that a Godlyke Power All or One-Spot power supply. After I read the following link, I got the Fuel Tank in 2 days.

Scary. Now I can trust the power supply, and I got a lot less hum.

This unit is replacing a couple One Spot power supplys because a transformer based power supply is safer to use over a solid state power supply like the One Spot. While the One Spot has never failed or fried any of my pedals and they are relative inexpensive, I won't be at any risk of frying a pedal with a transformer based unit. I don't wish to lose any of them over a power supply going flaky. I choose this unit because of its price point and because it offers isolated outlets as oppose to having shared outlets like its big brother the Fuel Tank. Some of the less power consuming pedals can be daisy chained off one outlet so five outlets is suuficient for my needs. Had I needed more outlets I would have selected the Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 as it has more isolated 9V outlets and a couple 12V outlets.
