Ease of Use : 10
V easy to use just plug and play.

Sound Quality : 10
V.good no hum issues that other reviewers have reported. If the unit is used for what is designed for you will have no problems.

Reliability : 10
V. reliable solid built like a tank or brick

Customer Support : 10
This is the main reason for my review. Excellent Excellent Excellent!
the best customer support i have so far encounted. I have been playing for 17 years. I have quite alot of equip and have owned even more. I could not imagine the level support from many other manufacturers that I recieved. I emailed T-rex and Sebastian(Jensen- I didn't who he was until I wiki'ed T-Rex he's one of the founders, so not just an employee this was a very nice touch) replied V quickly.

Overall Rating : 10
Very good product well designed and it looks cooler then all the competition, its a big thing to make what it essentially a plug look cool.

Ease of Use : 8
Easy enough to use. Plug it in and hook up all your pedals.

Sound Quality : 2
Almost unusable due to the noise it puts out. The hum is incredibly loud, impractical for studio use. Website suggests moving it around the board and daisy chaining the pedals but this seems to go against the point of getting this thing at all. I got this because i need to power up my 9v pedals as well as my 12v Replica. I have experimented with it's position on the pedal board and have minimized the hum but can't fully get rid of it.

Reliability : 5
Seems reliable enough. Although, i had to pull it off the pedal board at a gig because of the amount of hum it was producing.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 2
I play Rock, RNB, Jazz, Funk , Country and whatever else i'm booked to do. I have been playing professionally for about 12 years. I do live work as well as studio work and need my gear to be quiet and reliable. This power supply is very disappointing given that my other T-rex gear has been top notch.

Dead Easy to use - plug it in and go!

Sound Quality : 1
Doesn't make any intentional noise - but radiates hum badly! Some will say they've never noticed, but they would under certain circumstances. First, if you have a wah-wah pedal with an inductor (like a Cry-baby), it'll oick up any radiated hum. Second, if you have a metal pedal board (like T-Rex's own Tone Trunk boards) this will pick up the radiated hum and re-radiate it. Thirdly, if you have any overdrive/distortion units they amplify backgound noise from the wah and make it sound much worse. Of course, if you have all three like most of us do, you're in big trouble! The hum will be unbearable. I'm told that other switch-mode power supplies also do this, but I don't know which do and which don't - yet! However, I'm told reliably that the Voodoo Labs unit is fine, but more expensive.

Reliability : 10
Mine's been very reliable - It's never failed to hum!

Customer Support : No Opinion
Haven't bothered T-Rex about this. As they don't make a wah pedal yet I don't expect they'd be too interested.

Overall Rating : No Opinion
Sorry, but for me this is not a good piece of kit. However, for those without a wah, or without a metal pedal board, or perhaps with no added gain after the wah, it could be fine.

It's a fantastic and useful tool, that made me forget, that I had to worry about batteries in the past or how long it takes to use several single power supplies...

Ease of Use : 10
Very easy like any kind of power supply

Sound Quality : No Opinion

Reliability : 9
It can provide for 10 pedal's power (and more), very useful, when you have a big, big, big pedalboard.

Customer Support : 10
I've been several time at the company in Vejle (DK) . They receive me very well ( coffee, visit,...)

There is not much to tell, easy to operate as there aren't any secrets about this product. Some 18V outs would have been nice.

Sound Quality : 1

Big disappointment. I have huge hum problems with this unit, especially if placed close to a wah but also with my P90 equipped guitar. This is worse than a computer screen. I think it's not up to the standard you would expect from T-Rex and I regret having bought it (to power my room-mate and replica).

By the way, I have a cheapo pedalboard (100???) with included 9V supply, which is dead quiet!!

too early to tell, but I will sell it anyway ...

no experience

Disappointed, want to sell it.

Ease of Use : 10
Very simple and easy to use.

Sound Quality : 10
Found it to be completely quiet. Need to make sure that your pedals are center negaitve. The fuel Tank will not run Electro Harmonin that is center negative. A center negative pedal will make a loud hum

Reliability : 10
So far solid

I hear their support is great

I think the power supply does what it should. Also my TU-12 fits right on top

Great... No hum for me (don't know about the other review)...

Reliability : 10
why not? seems to be build good.

never dealt with them.

Overall Rating : 8
Nice power supply. Though it's not as versatile as the voodoo lab... only has 9v and 12v.

Though it it seems very sturdy and heavy duty, I instantly had an annoying hum that was never present with the Voodoo Lab unit. Could not get it to go away, tried the troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. I was surprised. I bought this because of its ability to power the 12Volt pedals they manufacture. I do not recommend this power supply.

Sound Quality : 2
Again, I could not get the hum to go away, different outlets in different locations, same problem. The hum got louder as I used the inputs that were closer to the blue light-
It was weird- I give a two because I was able to coax a quieter sound from it by using a daisy chain cable they provide, but It has all straight ends, and I had to completely change my pedalboard around. Plus, I want to use all the inputs, If i want a daisy chain, I could get a 1-spot for like $39.00. Unlike other power supplies, the eight 9 volt outputs share the same ground. The 12volt DC is isolated and the 12Volt AC is isolated. I don' know why they just didnt isolate them all. This unit has no courtesy AC plug either. It powers the 12volt pedals without having to use that stupid wall-wart, but the trade off was too much for me. The hum was really bad. my effects chain is this: RMC-1 wah-peterson strobostomp tuner-xotic RC booster-Fulltone Supa trem-Analogman Clone Chorus- T.rex Replica delay- Tophat amp. I have the first version of the voolab power supply and will continue to use it as it has never failed me in eight years. It is quiet!!!! The fueltank was a huge let down. I may have to lose the Replica also because of the power issues, I hate using wall warts, it clutters up my board. The price of this unit just went from $140 to $200, dont buy it. The voodoo lab is less money, uses a toroidal transformer, has variable voltage and is....you guessed it, quiet.

Reliability : No Opinion
Built like a tank, it just hums like crazy. I would not use this on a gig.

Customer Support : 5
I e-mailed them a few times about both the pedal and the power supply. I got a response once but that was it. I like their effects ok, but the power supply stinks.

Overall Rating : 2
I play mostly funk and jazz gigs. I have been playing for twenty years. I decent gear. This powers upply is just hype to me. Maybe it was defective, I didnt keep it long enough to find out. Im back to using the Voodoo lab. I gotta use a wall-wart for the replica, but I was happy to after using the fueltank. I need isolated outputs. Dave at pedalspluseffectswarehouse was cool about the return and his website has tons of cool effects. Check it out!
