It is really easy to use, just 2 controls (decay and depth) and a switch (spring/modern) and 1 input and 1 output jack.
So there is really nothing to explain, I don`t remember, if there was a manual.(It would have been ridiculous to read it in this case.)

First I put it between my guitar and my amp and checked the quality of the reverb.I didn`t expect to be impressed, because I am used to the sound of the T-Rex Roommate, a pedal that costs more than 2 Tonebug Reverbs and is the best reverb-pedal I have heard, so far.
Of course it didn`t sound as good as the Roommate, but it is a very natural and warm-sounding reverb.I liked both settings, the spring-setting that simulates a spring reverb and the modern-setting, that gives you a bigger, more digital kind of sound.
It can also create nice trashy reverbs, if you turn up depth and decay, but it can also create very nice abient kind of sounds that help the player when the acoustic of a stage is really dry.
The effect is really quiet, I like to play with a little reverb, so I left it on, all the time.
In front of the amp it works very well for small reverb effects, if you want to create a really big room, I would recommend to place it in the effect loop.(the best place for delay and reverb anyway)

I never had any problems with my T-Rex pedals, this one seems to be really simple, so I think it is pretty reliable, but I can`t really judge it, because I have it for 2 month now.

I love vintage sounds and I love to have a little bit of reverb. I have to travel a lot and very often I don`t know what amp I get, so it`s great to have a pedal like this on my small pedalboard. It is absolutely affordable and sounds good.

I use this for acoustic guitar, as well as electric guitar!
The "modern" sound option lets you find the sound that Pat Metheny uses for his acoustic guitar (very warm and deep)
The Spring setup is perfect for a subtile Reverb !!!
Great!!

I love the "retro" SPRING mode..rich,varm,and not to much: In your face!!! sounding.Works great with other pedals, and is truely good in both clean/chrunch-overdriven sounds.I haven't found it noisy???I'm using the T-rex Junior Power Supply! The pedal draws 75ma!! 9v DC/12v DC.

Very Easy to use, just decay (reverb time) and depth (mix control)

Sounds great and quite on my fx loop, if i put it before the preamp its very noisy, lots of full range white noise. Very easy to get what im looking for. Modern sounds great, for experimental post rock cavernous stuff. The Spring is great for a short slap that makes your tone very retro. Im giving this an 8 because of the noise issue, but its still much quieter than any of the EHX Holy Grail series. I am a LA professional recording engineer and guitar player.
Setup: Gibson SG-into Fender Supersonic Head at 16ohms into Marshall 1960B cab, Empress Super delay, Empress Tremelo, Tone Bug Reverb

I play lots of styles and use this in the studio on all types of records. I have been playing for 10 years. It were stolen id get another one. Much quieter than EHX holy grail series, even the Holiest.
I wish the modern spring could be changed via footswitch.

Very easy to use, just a decay time, and a mix control. With a spring emulator, and a hall emulator switch.
1 on and off switch, and regular 9 volt pedal power.

Gibson SG into a supersonic head version (so no reverb) with the Tonebug on the Fx loop.
I am a studio engineer guitar player and I am use to hearing Real plates, and echo chambers, aswell as having the tc6000, lexicon 960 and altiverb around, so i was not looking for an all in once fantastic reverb. But for a simple retro spring vibe, or a quick cavernous post rock sound this pedal works great.
I was hoping to use the Supersonics fx loops gain controls as a clean boost and run the pedal before the Preamp, but theres a bit of full frequency white noise when engaged. I havn't tried it with my Voodo Labs pedal power yet and this may help.

Ive only owned it for a week. and im not going on the road, but it seems sturdy, the spring, hall switch might break eventually.

I thought that the white noise may have been a defect, i contacted T-rex and they asked for my serial number, i gave it to them and have not heard back.

I produce all sorts of records, but i mainly play experimental post rock kind of stuff and this pedal along with my Empress Delay works great.
I have been playing guitar for 12 years and am finally making the move form my digital fx all in one board, to a boutique analog fx board.
If it were stolen id probably be pissed and use altiverb.
I do not like the noise, but i must state that its ALOT quieter than all the EHX holy grail lines.

This device is very easy to use. Only Decay and depth controls and switch for spring or modern mode. Controls have very wide range so you can dial in the exact amount of reverb you want.

It looks very solid. Like all the T-rex pedals. Only thing new to me is the on/off button. Normally this is a real switch, but in this pedal it is an electronic switch, so you don't feel the 'click' when engaging.

It took a few months since I ordered it, I think because of distribution issues, but now I have it, i'm very happy with it.
I needed a good reverb because I bypass the reverb on my amp (which is not that good). The T-rex Roommate was to big to fit in my pedalboard and has to many features I will not use.
So for this price this is the perfect pedal for me.
