Ease of Use : 10
Seriously the best multipurpose booster pedal i have ever tried.
The folks at Telenordia are making some of the most original and interesting pedals i have tried in my career.
Very easy to get a good tone out of it!

Sound Quality : 10
Sounds better than any booster pedal i have.
A killer with Vox and Marshall amps set to drive and a very useful tone control with anything clean.

I couldnt think of going anywhere without it.

Reliability : 10
You read that a lot but these Telenordia pedals are hands down the best made products on todays market.People think that stuff like AM or even Landgraff are well made.Failed my friend.
I am actually very proud that this is Berlin made stuff, as i am.

Customer Support : 10

Best company, best products and best service.Hurrah!

Ease of Use : 9
The pedal is designed well and is very straight forward to use. It has 3 knobs. Gain, Tone and a 5 way selector knob which, as you switch up thru the settings, turns from a full-freq. boost to gradually enhancing the upper frequencies, hence, "treble booster". It is really easy to get a good sound out of it, particularly if you run it into a nice warm valve amp, in my case, Reynolds-Valveart 50w or Vox AC-30. Manual is simple as it needs to be...it is all up to your ears!
Also, it looks really cool.. very practical and industrial. I will give this catogory a 9, as it doesn't respond to your thoughts. You have to actually step on it to turn it on ;-)

Sound Quality : 9
This pedal has one purpose and that is to "tickle" the valve front-end of your favourite amp. It is very versatile with the 5 way boost so will easliy adapt to a variety of rigs and applications. It is germaniun circut so as you turn the gain up it adds a really nice colouration of its own. I have been using it live and leaving it on (notch #3, pushing the amp slightly) and just backing off the guitar's volume to clean up. Nice Hendrix-y front pickup Strat with backed off volume. The pedal really enhances the sparkling highs, and when you wind up, you get guitar, not distortion. Sits well with other pedals as well. I have used tubescreamer and various fuzzes before and after it in signal chain and they get along great. I am currently going thru a Billy Gibbons phase and this pedal is ideal for getting crisp-but wooden fuzz tones with (depending on amp, of course)..think "I'm Bad, I'm Nationwide" (intro+solo and the "cleaner" of the 2 guitars fighting it out in the outro-vamp) type tone. One of my faves, good & honest.
I would like to give this pedal a 10 in this catagory for sound quality but I realise that it may not be perfect for everybody. If you are expecting to achieve death-metal tones from your 10 watt Coronet amp with this pedal, then you may want to rethink your strategy. (but, then again it may sound phenomenal....just hypethetical..)

Reliability : 10
I have never even thought about needing a backup for this pedal. If you are reading this then you are probably familiar with what it looks like and how it is built. Absolutely guitarist and stage-diver proof.

Customer Support : 10
I had the "courage" to call Matt (Hahn, the man who makes these and other pedals) in Berlin around Xmas time to let him know that his work was being appreciated, and we had a good chat about music, guitar, beer, weather.... I really support independant manufacturers of equipment, i.e, I like stuff that is born from passion, not profit. The pedal is signed, dated and numbered by the man who designed it.

Overall Rating : 10
I am a professional player and fellow seeker in the quest of good guitar tone This is the first time I have submitted a review for anything and I have no reason not to be 100% satisfied with the product. I bought it without having tried it first and it does everything that it is supposed to. I was completely in love with my Keeley Java -Boost but had no need to hold on to it once I had played this pedal. It is more versatile and suitable for me as a player Simple.
Why would I not give a 10/10 in this or any catagory?
