it is fairly easy to use, but i looks like crap and i was embarassed to take it out in public. i borrowed from a friend, and it worked okay, but the feedback knob is useless after 12 o'clock because of line level feedback. it was simple and impossible to get lost.

it was okay. i always got that static backround noise on the echo loop, but you couldn't hear it when played live. i've heard better.
Reliability

it was very reliable, and although hard on 9v's, i had a adapter. it was pretty soild, but i wouldn't drop it or anything.
