Ease of Use : 9
easy 4 knobs manuel regen depth rate

Sound Quality : 10
I've used it on analog russian strings and on rythmboxes. What a great sound it's overwhelming. Forget boss, maxon and electric misstress this is a powerfull flanger. I like this one the best I've got a boss BF-2, maxon FL-9(re??sue), EHX electric mistress and polychorus(rules also).

Reliability : 10

Takes just a bit because there are tons of different sounds possible.

Sound Quality : 10
You can only obtain this kind of tone with analouge baby! I bought this NEW in 1981 or 2 and it has the warmest tone I've ever heard. I have had guys come up to the stage after shows just to find out "what was making that tone". Super quiet, never weak. Batteries last a long time. I use this with a Boss Limiter / enhancer, G&L L2000E, Warwick Fortress One, and a Jazz Japan copy and they all sound great through my Hartke Kickback 15.

Reliability : 10
It has never failed me in the 26 years I've owned it!
I wouldn't hesitate to use it on any gig without a backup.

It's never failed, so I wouldn't know!

Overall Rating : 10
For Bluegrass, Country, funk, Gospel, CCM I've used it on all. If it ever got lost (left it at a Girl Scout camp once after a gig, went back the next day and it was still sitting in the grass, wet, dried it off and no problem! I was lucky it was still there) I would cry, then wouldn't hesitate to pay up to $200 for another used one. It is my 'sound', I depend on this pedal daily. I really need another one I think. I orig'lly paid about $80 for this in 1981ish.

Relatively easy to get a good sound.4 knobs to customize your tone.

Sound Quality : 8
This is one of the nicest and most natural sounding flangers I've played through. It's got that liquid metal swirl, and yet it's transparent enough to let the tone of the guitar speak.
Very juicy with distortion and beautifully articulate on clean.
Maintains same volume when turned on provided it's placed before the
amplifier. In the effects loop it becomes too loud and overpowering
(I found this with almost all effects).Nice analogue flanger.
I've played through Boss,DoD,Ibanez,Ampeg(good too)and I find this one is the winner.Digital flanging is inferior period.
