My Double-wide (30x18) Heavy Metal Trash pedalboard is AWSOME! I like to call it the HMT Plus because it has Diamond plate on the front, back and was also used to mount one of my pedals. The construction is of HIGH QAULITY and logically thought out. I have the hard top with custom wiring from Trailer Trash. I got the custom wiring because I?ve spent way too many years trying to do it myself only to wind up having wobbly pedals and inferior results. MAN! Was I glad I opted for the TTrash custom wiring! The wiring on my TTrash is simply amazing! SOLIDLY attached and ELEGANTLY laid out. Who would have guessed I could be so jazzed about wiring? No kidding you have to see it to believe it. The angle of the pedalboard is also perfect for accessing your pedals conveniently. As for aesthetics this pedalboard is the coolest thing I have ever seen!! No question this thing will Pro up your presence on stage. I couldn?t wait to show it to some of my fellow guitar players just to see their reaction. Their jaws dropped!

Check it out! http://www.etchmusic.com/Etch/slideshow.htm

I got the TTrash Custom wiring. It?s completely silent and the signal flow is at its optimum and strong (also due to true bypass pedals and buffer installed under board).

Reliability : 10
This thing is built like a tank!!! I don?t see having any issues taking this on the road.

James ?Rooster? Olson of Trailer Trash Pedalboards is one of the coolest people you?ll ever meet. He is there assisting you every step of the way (signal flow, cable selection, pro advice, etc.) with your pedalboard and will answer any questions you throw at him (believe me I had a lot!). He also responds to emails and phone calls very quickly. It?s great to deal with people who take pride in their products and services and wants to make sure you?re happy with your purchase. Highly recommended!

I second the previous reviewer regarding my overall purchase. This is hands down THE BEST equipment purchase that I have ever made. Also just like the previous reviewer I was hoping for the best not really knowing what to expect regarding custom gear. MAN! When I opened my FedEx box (pedalboard safely packed) I was blown away (and still am)! I?ve been playing for 22 years with various forms of pedalboard setups none of which I was remotely happy with or even continued to utilize. That has finally changed! This one is incredible and will be used from here on out! It?s completely silent, the signal flow is at its optimum (and strong), and all my pedals are powered and arranged in a layout that works for me. It also has some really trick options (isolated out, Neutrik In/Out locking connectors, and both silent and as you play tuning). All my pedals are solidly mounted on one of the coolest looking boards I have ever seen. Once again this thing is built like a tank! It also comes with a very nice high quality case with Trailer Trash emblazoned on the front.

Double-wide Heavy metal trash pedalboard is built solid as a rock but still lightweight. The construction was well thought and planned precisely... simple and effective. The angle of the board is just right for stomping on pedals in the back row... far less cumbersome than those 2 tier pedalboards where nothing ever seems to fit correctly. The plywood on top is thick and solid so it doesn't move at all when you step on a wah pedal. The pedalboard lies perfectly flat on a hard surface and doesn't wobble (like my previous pedalboard by another custom maker) The levys soft shell case is very well made and lightweight and the pedalboard fits inside of it perfectly. There is plenty of room underneath to mount a power supply. I would advise you to buy lots of touring grade velcro to mount your pedals on top. The velcro is so strong you can lift the pedalboard up by a pedal! Yet it's easy to pry off if you need to move your pedals around.

The heavy metal trash looks cool as hell!!! There is diamond plating on the front and black tolex on the sides... all my friends love it! I never thought a pedalboard could actually add so much cool factor on stage. Trailer Trash Pedalboards have gotta be the sweetest looking custom boards on the market.

James is easy to contact via email and promptly replies to messages. Top notch customer service.

Before ordering, I emailed to ask how long it would take to finish a custom order. He quoted me a date and was finished EXACTLY on time. Quick turn-around and fast shipping via fed ex.

Overall, this purchase was one of the best I've ever made. Custom gear is often a risk... you imagine what you want and then hope for the best. Trailer Trash Pedalboards exceeded all my expectations.

I've been playing guitar for about 16 years and have been through countless pedalboards. I started with an SKB which is a TOTAL waste of money. Then I bought a furman which was better but the power supply is noisy. No matter what pedals or cables I used with the furman there was always HUM. My friend has the furman and his rig HUMS too. Still unsatisfied, I tried one of the famous custom makers that everybody raves about. Well, the board was wobbly and flimsy and cost me a lot of money (very disappointed)

Bottom line: I've been there and done that... If you're going to build a serious pedalboard and a PRO rig don't cut corners and try to be stingy. Purchase a top quality Trailer Trash pedalboard and power it with a voodoo lab power supply. DO NOT cut corners... use top of the line instrument cables and you will have a board that is a lifetime investment.
