Ease of Use : 10
I sent my pedals to Trailer Trash,we talked on the phone several times, signal flow stuff
How to deal with some pedals that weren't true bypass.I was really impressed with their knowledge about various old pedals, voltage ratings, quirky things about how to run specific
pedals like old analog delays and really old Demeter tremulator.
It came back fully and PERFECTLY wired. The level of detail was stunning.
Features like the side access AC(cord included)were killer
Layout was very player friendly
Somebody there has got alot of live gig experience

Sound Quality : 9
No setup....plug and play
very quiet...time was definitly spent wiring it correctly so everything lived together well
great tone
I use a 65 AMP and a GUYTRON most of the tim....both amazing amps

Reliability : 10
...so far so good.
I play in the studio 85%of the time so it doesn't get banged around too much
The main thing for me is that its bone silent even with all my old kooky stuff on it
If I flew it under a plane I'd put it in a hard case just for safety.

Customer Support : 8
Very easy to deal,on time ,everything exactly as they said but sometimes they were maybe a little TOOO anal about stuff
I got asked alot of questions about how I wanted it wired that I didn't know the answer to.
I'm not a huge guitar nerd and these guys DEFINITLY are so be prepared for that.
I learned alot about some new effects and even bought a couple of things they suggested.

Overall Rating : 10

Mostly Pop/Rock current stuff both live and in the studio
I own one of everything cuz I've been doing this a long time.
This the best pedalboard...,wiring,ergonomics...I've ever had and I've had many.
Its been inspiring from a musical stand point and that what is most important to me

Ease of Use : 10
This is a pedalboard so my effects sound the same on any board providing that they have been wired right. I sent my pedals to Trailer Trash and had them installed. No manual, but it came with the wiring list under the board.
I guess ease of use would be determined by how fast you can set it up. It's great. The pedalboard has a side mount a/c, so plug the guitar in, amp in and a/c to p-brd and its ready... so ease of use would be a 10. 2 guitar cables, 1 extension cord.....

Sound Quality : No Opinion
I had Trailer Trash custom wire my board using a Pedal Power 2 so it runs very quiet. I have some Keeley stuff, Line 6, Fulltone etc.... plugged into vintage Fenders amps, strats teles etc...
Catagory dosent really apply to a pedal board so no rating

Reliability : 10
The wiring is rock solid. Clean and stress free, and all of the cable is routed through the top and dressed under the board.
I think that all players should have a back up plan on a pedalboard. They can be fickle. So far mine has been great.

Customer Support : 10
The company worked with me on my custom order, ex. the correct order to plug the pedals in, they gave suggestions on laying out the board, and actually had me leave a blank spot on the board so I could add an effect later, and just like all guitar players, I did have another pedal added into this spot. Very friendly to deal with. No repairs needed yet.

I have been a pro guitar player for 25 years, the last 11 in Nashville. I enjoy playing the styles of Eric J. SRV Ed Van Halen Brent Mason.....
I really like the softcase that it comes in, nice lining and lightweight.....I hate toting around an ATA case when I'm not flying. My favorite feature is the Glow-Top. Mine is red, kind of hard to explain, but really fun to add this dimension on stage. I chose the model because the size fit what I needed and it was Diamond Plate. It does help me make music simply for the fact that it has a comfortable lay out and I know I can stomp and go with out worrying if my pedal is going to crap out......peace of mind of knowing your gear is going to perform does free the mind to play the guitar. I haven't found anything about it that I hate. I pray that it never gets stolen, a nice custom pedalboard and its contents are very expensive, but I would replace it, no choice. No pedalboard.......no rent money...haha
