Ease of Use : 4
It has a bit of a stick to it, however you can use it comeing frum ether side. No not easy to use but it adds texture.

Sound Quality : 4
this is how my uniwah works. It has a small coil (like you might see in an old e-v microphone) inside a magnettic box nex to a small vac tube. the box opens and closes by the foot action destorting the sound. If you jack with this maybe use a rubber grommit or rubber band. I stuck a penny in mine to make the grownd noise whaout. It takes some time to work with it to get a good sound. However don't do any thing that will fry your shit or blow your freekin amp out doing this. Its very deep as is, but will get more depth if you stick it in line to heavy distortion.

Reliability : 8
It's a freekin brick. mine has a tin caseing wiht rubber feet and grip ithe the letters u n i w a h. this massiv chunk takes three d sized batterys, and will eat them up like nothing on earth. Besides jacking withe the sound. you could beat some one with this.

how easy is it to get a good sound out of it? Impossible!

Sound Quality : No Opinion
This unit is not only noisy, the volumne function sucks half your signal away. The Wah sound is the worst!! I too have owned 60's vox's crybaby's you name it. This thing is all plastic. It has a large one inch flat spring that directs a wire lever attached to a resister, not a pot to control the signal send to the circuit board. I wonder if the guy that wrote this previous review sold me mine!! I wrote them back about how grieved I was with this "vintage" product, and they told me univox was never known for a good wah, but that this is a collectable piece. They advised me to sell it on Ebay. Let me tell you I cannot sell this thing to anyone who would want to try to actually use it with a clear concience. ( The large spring also makes an audible sound pop every time you rock the pedal) I have a 14 year old son ,that I would be commiting a crime ,if gave him this pedal!! I have a new morley pro II, that I feel bad enough giving him.

Reliability : No Opinion
depend on sounding your worst , Yeah you could count on it if you do stand up comedy, Adam Sandler look out!!!

A simple wah

Sound Quality : 10
I used a late 60 Vox wah for years, but when I found this one in a Music Store for $120.00, I listened to it once, & purchased it immediately. It's warmer than the old VOX & more Vocal-sounding.this is the ultimate Wah-Wah pedal in my opinion.

Reliability : 10
It's 25 years old & still works perfect!

The guys that came up with this one are retired now!

I can't stress how much I love this Wah-Wah & I've tried them all.
