The amp was custom built by Vintone Circuits. I can use this reverb unit for any live or recording situation, it is far superior to any reverb unit I have ever used and now wouldn't think of recording without it! The unit has three controls to vary the reverb effect and has a huge usable range of effect on whatever it is being used on. I really don't know how it could be improved, it is an amazing unit!

I play a wide range of music from classical to hard rock and it works as well in any style...reverb is a universal effect which any music could benefit, but this reverb in particular sounds very warm and natural - what do you expect from a super high quality custom built unit? My hammond organs have the original tube driven reverb units in them that hammond invented...this unit flat out sounds better! You really have to hear a "three knob" reverb unit for yourself; it's hard to describe the difference between the regular "one knob" and the "three knob" by Vintone. It's like only hearing a two dimensional sound and then hearing a three dimensional sound - really amazing!

I would use it confidently in any venue but I am a studio hermit mostly and it will stay with me there most of the time. I honestly have only had it for two months now but absolutely noise free and one look at the quality of the construction of the cabinet and chassis speaks for itself, none better, period!

Doug Stalters is very friendly, professinal and always welcomed my questions and comments as my unit was being produced. His incredible integrity shows in everything he does! Calls were promptly returned and unit arrived very carefully packaged which I really appreciated as I have been a casualty of shippers mishaps and bad packaging in past...thanks Doug!

I have been a musician since teen years and have steadily increased my musical repitoire through the years. I wouldn't think of recording without this unit ever! As earlier stated, I've heard and used many of the best analogue and digital reverb units and this blows them all away!
