This is the Proto-type Distortion Pedal designed by Trace at Voodoo Amps. There is no manual, but it's so easy to set up. Only three knobs, Level Tone, and Gain, and a bypass switch. The pedal is very small about 3"X 4" no frills, no glitz, just pure guts.

I am playing a LesPaul GT with Wagner Custom Fillmore pickups, through a Traynor YSR-1 head with a Plexi mod also done by Trace @ www.VoodooAmps.com Very reminiscent of the FuzzFace, but not quite as harsh. Very Creamy. Has tons of gain, but I can dial it down to my own level. Surprisingly quite for the sound it puts out. Think Eric Johnson tone!

I just got it today, but I know Trace and the guys at Voodooamps build Quality products. If the pedal is anything like the amp he modded for me, it will last forever.

Yes I have dealt with VoodooAmps before. Always a pleasure dealing with Trace. In my opinion, this the last pedal I will have to buy. It took me a long to time to find what I wanted. I have it now.

I play Classic Blues/Rock with a touch of hard rock. I have been playing for 39 years. I also own a 63' reverse Firebird and a MelodyMaker. Traynor YSR-1/Plexi and a 2X12 Celestion G12H-30 cabinet.
