Ease of Use : 9
Easy to use, good manual.

Sound Quality : 10
No noise, no change that I can hear, from using batteries or wall warts.
Didn't find that the battery sag capability did much to my ts9s except dim the light, but that might be my ears.

Reliability : 9
Seems chunky and robust enough to take knocks. Nice to have a removable mains cable. The normal outlet on the back is perhaps a little less solid than it could be so one off for that.

Customer Support : 8
Only one communication: asked about specific pedals and it took them a week but the information was comprehensive.

Overall Rating : 9
It's a great thing. It makes the whole cable scenario a lot less of a headache. I can power everything from this. I was worried that two pedals that run on a higher current would suffer, but there is no appreciable difference. For the record I power: Sweetsound Ultravibe via mains socket on rear; two ts9s; a Teese Picture Wah; a Keeley compressor; a Maxon AD900 delay; a Boss Loop Station. All happy.

Dead easy. Manual is informative, and very comprehensive. I power Fulltone-'69,Clyde,FD2. Maxon OD820 with this.

Sound Quality : 10
Obviously this isn't supposed to produce any sound at all, but the sound I now get from my pedals, is at least as good as with zinc carbon batteries, but without the disadvantages.

Reliability : 10
Good strong steel housing. I ALWAYS gig with no back-ups at all. Good gear is always expensive, that's why I expect it to not go wrong. If you treat your gear with respect, it will last you a very long time. The only insurance I have, is lithium batteries in the effects, (they have a shelf life of 10 years, and don't leak, and sound similar to zinc-carbon batts). Once fitted, they can stay there, for years.

Never dealt with the company.

Overall Rating : 10
What a great invention! I SWORE on batteries up to now, but you never know when they are about to go on you. I like the "sag" option, and I use it for the Fulltone '69 pedal; running on 8.4 volts, and for the Maxon, on 8.6 volts. They always sounded good with dying batteries. Now I have that same luxury, every time I play. I never liked using adapters, cables everywhere, and sometimes noisy. This unit fits fine on my pedalboard, and makes no noise at all. Great!

Set switches, plug in, GO!! Doesn't get much easier.

Sound Quality : 9
As quiet or quieter than any power bar I've ever used. It's powering my dunlop cry baby wah, a boss stage tuner, mxr dynacomp,L6 distortion modeler, L6 modulation modeler, L6 delay modeler, boss line switcher, mxr 6-band eq, and a banzai new rising sun. How does it power 3 L6 pedals you ask? Using the L6 adapter I plug the 3rd one into the outlet on the back of the unit. This one was well designed, I only wish it had one more L6 out!

Reliability : 9
It's pretty new, and it's built like a tank. Do you go to any gig without backup?

Customer Support : 10
Voodoo Labs cares. I got an email back within a day with all the details I needed and a thanks for buying.

This is a great product if you use a pedalboard regardless of playing style. It's an investment - think of all the dough you'll inevitably spend on batteries and it doesn't seem so expensive. I've been playing for about 15 years (christ, you'd think i'd be better) and have a plethora of guitars but my weapon of choice is a Parker Fly Deluxe. Which amp? Depends on the night - either a Fender Pro Junior, a Fender Hotrod Deluxe, or a 1970's Hiwatt Custom 100 head (point to point hand wired) and 4 x 12 Hiwatt cab of the same year. If this stuff was stolen my insurance company would hate me, I would replace the Pedal Power 2 though. My only wish is that the unit came with many power cables of varying sizes. Voodoo Labs makes solid stuff I have to say.

Plug and Play - how easy can it be? Four of the "channels" allow for the old Boss ACA type power. This came in very handy as two of my pedals, a Boss DM-2 Delay, and a SD-1 Super Overdrive both require this power. It also has a "sag" feature on two of the channels. I couldn't get it to work with my TS-9/808 analogman tubescreamer though. Analog Mike tells me that the TS-9/808 doesn't respond well to the weak battery syndrome. Also like the convenience AC receptacle on the back of the unit. I use this to power an 18V Danelectro wall wart for my Cool Cat Chorus.

N/A - Dead quiet power though.

Reliability : 8
I've only had the unit a couple of weeks. Based on other's reviews, I believe it will be dependable. The only back-up I will carry will be a few 9V batteries just in case.

Never had an opportunity to contact.

Play mostly classic rock & blues/blues rock. I've been playing for over 40 years and have been through a "large truckload" of gear. This is the first item of this type I've owned. After considerable research, it was purchased as a replacement for batteries and an odd collection of wall warts. It works extremely well in this capacity. It is quiet convenient, and really economical considering the price of batteries over time, or wall warts for a like number of pedals. Now my entire pedal board is as easy to set up as a single pedal. I just plug my guitar into the first pedal, come out of the last pedal to the amp, run the Pedal Power to a commercial power outlet, and I am "good to go".

Could not be any easier but do read the manual. It offers a lot of important practical tips to setting up your pedals correctly

Sound Quality : 10
Absolutely quiet. This is the best power supply bar none to me. Seems even better than the first model. I use it with a vintage 60's tele and lots of vintage amps. My setup is Guitar>Boss Tuner>Way Huge Saffron Squeeze Compressor>Ernie Ball Volume Pedal>Klon Centaur>Austone Textone>George Dennis Parametric Wa/Volume>Korg 301 Echo/Delay>Boss Analog Delay>Dememter Tremulator>Line 6 Delay>Amp. No noise with any of the pedals and now with the sag controls my Klon just sings in such a beautiful way.

Reliability : 10
Seems to be built real strong.

Good, good , good.

Overall Rating : 10
Play blues, jazz like, ambient, funky, fuzzy, Daniel Lanois kinds of stuff. Been playing professionally 25 years. This is the power supply to buy.
