Ease of Use : 4
Well, the pedal has no range. Very difficult to get something in between max and silence, especially in live situations. I now have an ernieBall VPjunior and the difference is night and day

Sound Quality : 8
Well, it's a volume pedal... only a pot. but it doesn't alter your sound.

Reliability : No Opinion
well, it's not going to break even if you wish it would

Customer Support : No Opinion
don't know

Overall Rating : 5
Not worth the price! Hopefully I sold it to someone who looked really excited to get it. Hope he likes it.

Ease of Use : 9
Easy; this also has an undocumented feature which is a pedal tension adjustment by means of a hex screw under the treadle. It's a little difficult to reach, but it's a nice feature.

Sound Quality : 9
Transparent, with a nice linear taper. This is a passive pedal with a 250K pot. Easy to do a roll-on from zero volume with an even swell through the treadle sweep. Action is smooth and quiet. Some volume pedals are unlinear enough to render them pretty useless, this one is fine.

Reliability : No Opinion
Quite heavy, well constructed, simple design with the typical nylon rack and pinion design. I've only had this a short time, but a failure would be surprising.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Cannot say.

I have a Morley and a Bespeco (plastic). I wanted a passive pedal with a smaller footprint than the Morley but more rugged than the Bespeco. I've gone through a number of other pedals that were unsatisfactory due to nonlinearity and/or crummy action, but I'm keeping this one. The weight may be a pro or con depending how you look at it; it'll stay put on the floor but it adds weight to a pedalboard. The tension adjustment was a nice surprise; as noted earlier it's not advertised, but they also do not include a hex wrench. If I could make one change it would be front-mounted jacks, but it's not that big a deal. All in all I'm happy with it, but nothing's perfect, so I'm giving it a 9.
