Ease of Use : 10
I have submitted the below review. It's a distortion pedal bought for $AU10 at a flea market.

Sound Quality : 10
Well..it's me again and I've found that this pedal is incredible for use as a volume booster. The pickups on my main guitar (Fender standard strat) aren't super powerful and this totally takes the volume right up (if gain turned almost fully down and volume almost fully up). Given that I use a tube based amp (Vox) it increases the tone of the guitar by 2. It is bright powerful and in your face with NO discernible increase in noise. What a find! $AU10 ($US5) for the best volume booster I've ever owned. Definitely part of my gigging setup (and, indeed, sound!!) from now on...

Reliability : No Opinion
...though I am still not convinced of its reliability. It has died on me once but that was probably because of my dodgey soldering when I repaired it. No rating till we wait and see...

Hello?? Washburn?? Can you hear me??

Overall Rating : 10
Excellent value as a volume boost. Excellent excellent excellent. I know a few companies are bringing out volume boosters. A good, quiet disortion/overdrive pedal will do (esentially) the same thing if you turn the gain down and the volume/level up.

Ease of Use : 9
Easy to use- plain distortion pedal. Ok sound for a solid state distortion. I mainly use as a gain pedal because it has lower noise than other pedals I have.

Sound Quality : 7
Fender standard strat->Boss ME-30->Washburn A-D2/Boss OS-2->Ibanex DML-10 (modulating delay)->Vox Cambridge. I use either the OS-2 or the A-D2 depending on whether I am in the mood for tone or noise reduction. But does hiss a bit. Not as good sounding as the OS-2 or (duh) the valve overdrive on my amp.

Reliability : 5
It's been around! I got it cheap because it didn't work.

Customer Support : No Opinion
No info anywhere at all. But it's an old, outdated, cheap pedal.

Overall Rating : 7
We play light ambient rock and I've been playing for 14 years and have owned a stack of gear- some good, some bad. But mostly bad. As above, my Boss OS-2 is much better sounding (and versatile- it is a combination distortion and overdrive and you can blend between the two- very nice). However, for a cheap, useable distortion pedal, it's not bad.
