Ease of Use : 10
Simple editing 3 knobs dumb*ss if you cant figure that out.

Sound Quality : 1
this is a distortion pedal i collect pedals mostly offa ebay cause i like to experiment i was really disapionted with this pedal using it anywhere on a chain completely drops your signal volume i thought distortion was supposed to give you a boost and this pedal lacks tru bypass sucks your tone and drops your volume even when its off dont buy this pedal its a peice of crap! i did get it for tuppence but it wasnt even worth that its unuseable cant get a decent sound out of it at all and it adds annoying noise to the signal even when its off precisely why im giving it a 1

Reliability : 3
cant depend on it as the sound is crap i would never gig with this unless it was to throw it into the audience! it is a solid metal construction tho so it would survive some stomping!

Customer Support : No Opinion
never dealt with them why waste my time on this peice of crap!

Overall Rating : 1
i play alt weird experimental trying to find that elusive "sound" sorta music i would never even consider using this pedal in any of our songs.

Very easy to use. 3 knobs (Volume, Tone, Distortion) are clearly marked.

Sound Quality : 7
I play a Fender Strat into a Marshall VS100. On the clean channel, it does not give a very smooth sound. On OD1, I can get some good classic rock sounds. If I turn the Dist. up, I start to creep in on metal territory. Sounds Toni Iommi-ish to me. It gives a good boost. On OD2, It starts to sound very heavy, more like Early Metallica. The tone control has a wide range. I can make my Strat sound something like a Les Paul with this box.

Reliability : 8
It's always been good to me, except the fact that I needed to crack it open as soon as I got it and solder the power jack. But, looking at the finsh (or lack thereof), I can see that it's had a hard life before it came into my hands. It's never given me any problems. I would use it without a backup.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Do they still make pedals?!? Nobody else has ever heard of a Washburn pedal.

Overall Rating : 9
I play almost anything. From blues to metal and everything in between. This box has given me the tone I want with some minor tweaking of the knobs on my Strat. If I was to lose it, I would not be able to replace it, as I don't think that there are too many in existance. I would probably end up building a new distortion box :)
I find that almost all of my effects help me make music, and it seems to have helped mostly with the metal area. I have stumbled across Black Sabbath riffs just by turning it on.
