Ease of Use : 7
Very easy to use, has four dials, level/distortion/bass/treble. Just mess about with them until you get a nice sound, of which there are a few.

Sound Quality : 8
I use it with ibanez sa160qm and peavey pacer guitar amp and also with my ibanez gsr205 with a crate bx80 with a 100w trace elliot cone. With both of them it sounds nice, even with the bass.
You can make the pedal sound crap but its up to you how you want it. The variety of distortion sounds is pretty good, ranging from deep distortion like modern metal bands to high pitched (radio like) distortion of the 70's. There is no noise that comes from using it(unlike my od3) which is handy. One thing i will say is that you cant increase the volume over what is set on the amp like my od3 which is a bit shit but nothing important.

Reliability : 9
I would gig with it without back up although knowing me i would take all my pedals just to look cool! All of the casing is metal so i dont think i will be smashing it.

Overall Rating : 9
A very good pedal, not the most compact but it is pretty old by the looks of it. Recommended over my boss od3. worth some of anybody's money really.
