Ease of Use : 10
As easy as it gets.

Sound Quality : 7
I give this pedal a 7 because it does not fit my overall needs. I play mostly 80's metal and alot of palm mutes. However, this pedal will hit a nice Sabbath tone if you don't lay your hands across the strings to much. I find that the tone set all the way dark sounds the best(at least on my amp). It is a very usable sound. The distortion when cranked has a very compressed sound, but not in a bad way.

This pedal on an overdriven amp will produce a fuzz tone with the distortion cranked. But it is not a transparent tone. The pedal colors the sound completely. Again, not too bad, but not the best. It is a keeper for me.

Reliability : 10
20 years old and still rockin... just be careful. I recently pulled the battery our and one of the tits on came off. So I am going to replace the entire wiring etc. for the battery. Some things are bound to get brittle.

Customer Support : No Opinion
never dealt with them.

Overall Rating : 7
Overall a solid 7. I would buy one for the right price again. I got a deal!!!

It's a stompbox, not too hard to setup

Sound Quality : 8
The tone setting has a very wide range and gets really muddy to really tinny. Distortion to slight overdrive and pretty good level control.

Reliability : 10
I have had it for 12 years and it hasn't gone down once.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Hasn't broke.

Overall Rating : 9
I would buy it again. Good for 80's metal and newer grunge.

Pretty easy to use. The only problem I have with it is when I bring it to school and someone fucks around with my settings and I can't remember what they are because there's is no numbers by the dials(Out, Tone and Distortion).

Sound Quality : 7
The DI has a nice sound but if you put the distortion up too high it sounds shitty. Also, palm muting doesn't sound as heavy with the DI. Very noisy but good sound with the right guitar(and player).

Reliability : 10
Haven't had a problem yet.Yet...

Overall Rating : 8
The DI-10M II is a very good pedal. Aside from the sometimes muddy tone, this is a good pedal to start out with.It would have been nice if the distortion had been a bit cleaner. Other than that, I recommend young players to pick one up(130 canadian new) and start jammin.
