Pretty basic use. i had to get the manual to learn how to coax everything out of it. Very easy to edit patches after you learn to.

I can almost perfectly emulate the sound of roger waters, mark hoppus and jaco pastorius ( it even comes with a jaco p patch that sounds very close to his tone)the effect levels are great and can be changed easily. there are a couple effects on it that i have never heard before which are amazing, they are called TIMETP which im pretty sure stands for time trip which is a combo of a ring mod, delay intensifier and flanger in my eyes. there are countless effects to chose from.

I can depend on this baby but a couple times i found i had to take of the back panel to screw the input jack in a bit more because it was loose, but usually happens with every instrument after extensive use.

Available very easily on zoom's website in PDF form. They returned my email within 24 hours which was a huge surprise.

This pedal is fantastic for the price i have no issues with it. It actually changed the way i play bass and i feel that there is a new genre in my playing after i started useing this pedal. i have been using the pedal with my upgraded p-bass squier and my deluxe active p-bass special through a crate 150 bass amp and a peavy 50 watter. i must say the sound i can get through it is amazing.

Read the manual if you have to its about 100 pages long. I found this quite intuitive to use altho i dont think many would. Editing patches is simple.

I use this pedal along with a boss ds-1 distortion pedal on the out i use the ds-1 to up the level and get some bass feedback oooo i love that noise, i find that the ds-1 is alot noisier ie more hiss than the zoom if you keep the output volume knob low! i find all the effects are quite good apart from the noise gate and compressor which are just crap they clip at any level of playing.

you can depend on this pedal but it has cut out when i used it on the dc lead bad connection cuts the power v embarassing on stage so from then on i used batterys with no problems. I wouldnt exactly leap on this pedal with all my weight given the plastic casing. I Use it at gigs with no back up.

This pedal can do any style of bass from weird tripped out nonsense right down to playing the bee gees i play in a Stoner/punk/rock and roll/weird noise band and this pedal does it all the sampler in it if you have a smart media card can also be used to capture those lines you wish you never forgot or if your into it over dub sounds to your bass playing. This pedal does it all the only fault i have with it is there is a little split second gap when you change effect and you have to program effects in descending or ascending order for every song you play which can become annoying. if i could afford seperate pedals for all of the effects contained in this cheap little box i would buy them and use this as a tuner which can mess up from time to time.
