Comments: I wouldn't buy these pickups again, because they're simply too expensive. They sound quite close to standard J's (without the hum, which is a good thing), but
they tend to become a little muddy in the lower mids. Also, the output is a bit low, due to the stacked coil-design.The nine pole piece-design makes them suitable for 5-strings as well or basses with different string
spacings. I'm still looking for the perfect match in bridge position of my P-bass.
