Features : 10
The features of this bass are much more than what you would expect for the price you pay for one. I purchased this unit in February of 2005. I have been blown away at what a quality product I got for a little bit of money. The tuning heads are great. the pick-ups are great. The action is great. It must have been set-up before they shipped it to me. No problem with fret placement or intonation at all.

Sound : 9
The sound of this unit is great. I have owned quite a few guitars and this one has a sound quality expected from a bass that you would pay 6 or 7 times as much for. My only beef with it is a slight buzz/hum when your hands are off of the string, but that can be remedied with slight modification to the grounding. I would give it a 10 if it were not for that.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Action -
Excellent. This one will not break your fingers trying to play it. It is suprisingly comfortable to play.

Fit -
Excellent. This bass will not hurt your back playing for extended periods. It is very light for a 5-string bass.

Finish -
Superb. What else can I say but that it is beautiful.

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
This unit is built like a brick outhouse. Very reliable instrument. Tone control knob slips just a little, but other than that no complaints whatsoever. Nothing but praise for it!

Customer Support : 10
Never had to deal with them. I did find out who owns Arbor. Musicorp / MBT International is the proud owner. These units are made in Chine and much to my delight they are not junk like so many other instrument that come from there. I did call Musicorp about the product line before I bought it and they were very helpful in providing me with all the information that I could possibly need.

I bought this unit from www.crossroads-music.org and those guys were great to deal with. I have bought other products from them as well and will definitely buy from them again

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing for over 20 years and have owned quite a few guitars and this bang for the buck takes the cake. If it were stolen or lost or broken, I would definitely replace it with another one. Overall... to anyone out there consifering an Arbor guitar all I have to say is GO FOR IT. You won't go wrong. Don't let the name fool you. This is the exception to the rule. Most always you get what you pay for... but in this case you get way more than what you paid for.
