Stock Black/Red Graphics ZZB Deluxe, just took the plastic off the back of the tuner keys last month (12/02). Bought it used in 84-85, it was my 2nd bass, and I am about to give it to my daughter who desires to learn. I use it as a back up and it has alot of sentimental wealth to me.

Sound : 8
With the stock P/up's, not as punch as i'd like it to be but that may just be me. I play light, yet still prefer passive p/ups.
Great for slap/Studio/Whatever. Of course the weight can be a bear but I look at it as my excersize that most people pay thousands for in the gyms.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Once I adjusted the action to suit me, it has performed flawlessly since.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Heavy, carry extra straps & attaching gear, otherwise a solid unit.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had a problem or had to put it in the shop, so I don't know.

Overall Rating : 9
I use a Yamaha Motion B III for stage/performance and the Aria for studio/rock/back-up, etc.

It was made in 1980 in Japan, It has 22 frets, Two humbucking pickups, Master volume, Master tone 3-way selector switch. It still has the stock Aria Pro 2 passive pickups. The finish is blueburst on top, back, headstock, and back of neck. Body style is explorer. Bridge is a low profile Aria Pro 2 bridge,"I have never seen one like this before." Tunners are non-locking. 34" scale neck medium jumbo frets no case included

Sound : 7
I play mostly hard rock, and this bass is perfect. I play through a Peavey KB 100 amp, and it has a bright sound

Action, Fit, & Finish : 5
Action is fair, I had a neck adjustment done at the store. The pickups were great with no adjustment. No fretware. The gold hardware has faded a little. The finish is fair(a couple of marks on top corner)

Reliability/Durability : 8
Definatly a performance bass, I can see my self using it a long time from now, the finish will last, and it is strap-lock equipped. I would never use with-out a backup, not because it is unreliable, but because it ways a ton!

Customer Support : 10
Because this is a used bass there was no warranty, but I have dealt with the store before and they are really fair.If anything was bad they would not have sold it without informing me

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing over 2 years. I also have an Esp Ltd B-204. I like this bass so much I am actually looking for another one.
