Features : 10
24 fret neck bass, 2 pickups - (1 x single, 1 x double), two volume controls & one for tone. Passive electronics. Maple bolt-on neck with a rosewood fingerboard and ash(alder)? carved body. Chrome furniture, SDB-1C bridge. Black finish. Non-locking tuners.
Looks great and feels very strong and well built. I've hacked at it a lot and I wear bracelets - and I haven't (yet) managed to damage the (gloss) finish. Control knobs feel well connected but not as tightly fitted as they could I feel - no complaints other than that.
It's got everything on it I need and is no more complicated than it needs to be - which is great. well-engineered not over-engineered.

Sound : 10
I tend to play a lot of Ambient/Industrial rock type lines as well as goth/doom - I find it suits my style very nicely - been playing about 15 years now (on and off), though I would not say I was all that! This is my second bass.
Overall it sounds great nice rich bottom with a good clear top. I normally use standard tunings but when I detune the E to D it sounds good and heavy. I think it sounds quite warm, personally. I tend to be quite fire and forget with the volume but judicious use of the knobs gives you a fair degree of flexibility in my opinion. Never played on stage so I can't comment on that.
Recently upgrading to a Hartke A35, with a Zoom digital effects, which complements it well.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Action good pick-ups set up nicely.
If i had to find something Id point to the control knobs - not as secure as I would have liked and not completely straight - its a small thing but given how well the rest is set up...

Reliability/Durability : 9
I reckon it would withstand live playing very well - certainly I have given it enough punishment!
Hardware feels solid, and I haven't managed to scratch it yet, BUT I have chipped the finish on the head. My fault, but perhaps a little more robust on the vulnerable bits?
I can definately depend on it, I love it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
N/A - never needed to use it!

Overall Rating : 10
I've had this bass for about 4/5 years now - never had any trouble.
I would get this again if it got lost/stolen/busted. I like its size and the way it looks, not just its tone - I like the opposed head. It feels really nicely balanced and it kind of inspires - which is what an instrument should do. And at the price - whats not to like?!
You may think its a cop-out, but I'll give it a 10!

24 fret passive 34 inch bass, 2 pickups, two control volume one for "tone" thin neck.

Sound : 9
Sounds "bright" maybe thats just newish roundwounds, quite flexible electronics available allow you the maximum range of sounds from bright and slappy through to dull and boomy, with the minimal number of controls. The sustain is very good for a bass of this price, one of the pots crackles very slightly on adjustment, but I'm a usually a set and forget player so I don't really care.

Action, Fit, & Finish : No Opinion
The bass is well set up, except there is a buzz on E that I will adjust out when I find a small enough allen key. Finish chips off very easily on corners. I brought secondhand so I cant really say what the factory set was like

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
If this bass was worked hard, I'm sure it would have chips all over it but work fine, the finish is not good but the bass itself is bombproof.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never bothered with them, prolly never will!

Overall Rating : 10
I played a lot 10-15 years ago, I am re-learning bass. I also play accoustic guitar and keys. When I was young, say 18-25 I played a Westone Thunderer, a yamahaha Bass I can't recal the model number, and some old kay(pants!). This bass is every bit the best I have played, and at that price its more than you expect.

Year made-unknown, 4 string, 24 fret bass. Transparent Blue burst

Sound : 10
Sound style for me is generally death metal and even lower, but will playing and up to and including Nickelback.
Used with Peavey Microbass 2 amp. Sweet sounding whatever is played.
Has been downtuned an octave or 3 to give ultimate growl, when turned up loud my whole estate can hear it. The color is the biggest highlight

The way I play this bass it may as well have been in an all out nuclear war, but it has survived with scratches only a magnifying glass could see.
