made around 2000 in some Asian country. 4 strings, 21 frets, 2 jazz pickups - JB copy. Solid Alder body, made from two pieces without lamination. Standard JB controls - volume pot for each pickup, main tone. Neck looks like PB neck, not JB... Sunburst satin finish. White pickguard looks on it very ugly, i removed it. Tuners turns too easy in my opinion.

yeah! It's sound of JB) Low, high and middle - all on their places. When i playing on this bass, i set eq to line and enjoys...
But: initially it sounds good only unplugged. Wood is singing well, but so poor pickups i hadn't see anytime before (yea, i see - on Soviet guitars, but this instruments is a completely different instance)). I don't know, this is a factory waste or work of previovus owner of this bass (i bought it used). Pickups replacement to cheap (30$) Wilkinson Vintage pickups solved this problem.

I don't know, how this instrument was setted up at the factory. now, at first, i can't reduce action less than 3mm on the 12th fret - it's limit of bridge height... Frets looks pretty good, produces no buzz.
Finish quite bad. Black paint fades to gray somewhere. Satin cracks in pair of places. I like it (punks not dead)), but in terms of quality I think it is bad.

all good, but, as i already wrote, tuners turns too easy - it's easy to untune the guitar by the gentle touch to tuner's head...

i think, desprite bad initial pickups (?), this bass is great instrument for it's price of 150$... Cheap, but very good sounding copy of JB.

Fender Jazz bass knock-off,with 21 frets and a 34" scale. It has a maple neck with a rosewood fret board and solid alder body (they claim)Nice solid looking cast adjustable bridge and nice looking, smooth but a little too easy turning tuners.Made in asia, somewhere. Two jazz style pick-ups with two tone and one volume pot. The neck is not shaped like a jazz style neck. It's probably the same neck that they use on their P-bass model.

I've only been playing for about a year but I've owned a Fender MIM jazz bass.I had to get rid of that thing because I could'nt begin to get that thing to sound decent. This bass,on the other hand, sounds very nice.I can get a wide range of tone with it .

This bass was set up fairly close to my liking. I lowered the action a smidge.I replaced the strings with GHS "Boomers" because the original strings would not intonate well, though they did'nt sound bad.
The neck is nice and straight and seems solid but the frets are rough on the edges. The tuners seem to hold it in tune, although they turn way too easily and will not adjust any tighter

I don't gig and I have not had it long enough to know how reliable it would be.
