This is a five string, wood finish, nech thru bass. It has 2 active humbucking pickups (ashton). It has a fast and fat 3 piece long scale neck with good string spacing so slapping is easy. The body is rosewood. Volume control, bass, treble and pickup pan controls and an easily accessable battery compartment in the back of the the bass.
good features but a midrange would be exellent. die cast hardware and heavy duty padded soft case.

this bass has a wide range of sounds. Bright highs and beefy lows. I play all styles of music from metal to funk. Versitile sounds that are easily found

The setup was good but im getting it serviced soon so its exellent. No obvious problems accept for a small ding on the bottom of the body.

I would play without a back up. The bass feels solid and well built. no loose parts that i can find
