This is a early 90's Carvin bass combo amp. They have since been replaced by the PB-100 and PB-200, but I like this original 150 watt version better!
It is a basic combo amp with a 10" speaker. Some other versions had a horn or a 15" option. It kicks serious butt for a small amp, and when plugged into an extension cab, blows the roof off most clubs.

I think this amp sounds incredible, like most Carvin amps. It sounds a lot like a Hartke or a Gallien Krueger in my opinion, without being as sterile as the GK.

This amp never crapped out on me once. The 10" speaker needed to be reglued around the edges after 13 years, and still worked well. Once it shut down while I was using it and it turned out a cheap speaker cable was shorted out. The amp turned itself off without blowing itself, and wouldn't start until I had fixed the cable - then it worked perfect. The people at Carvin are geniouses.

I never had to use their customer support, but they have a very good rep.
