Extremely versatile with the active electronics. I can get a wide range of different sounds without even touching the amp. I can be thumb slappin then turn a knob or 2 and go right into picking without messing with further effects.

Bought it used...Barely
Flawless finish. good gloss, no orangepeel or swirl marks from polishing.
Set-up was nice. Action was good and low without buzz.
The inlay is ridiculous! Absolutely stunning job, no fills or gaps.
The back of the neck is a low gloss clear finish which makes it fast and comfortable, and there isn't any burs or sharp edges from the frets or fretboard.

These Korean made Deans are out of this world. I also have a Dean black gold V, and I can honestly say that these guitars are the best I have played especially for foreign made guitars. Other than getting my dream LP, I dont think I will ever buy anything but Dean guitars and basses again.
