Features : 5
Made in Korea, Passive pickups, 22 frets
VERY VERY HEAVY, if you have a bad back or have to stand up playing with this bass... stray away from it.

Sound : 7
The sound is good, it sounds better than the Squier p-bass you have right now. It has the feel of a sting ray but doesn't quite hit the nail on the head.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
With a little tweaking, you can have great action with little to no fret buzz. And of course the bass looks nice on its own.

Reliability/Durability : 3
Well... you'd think that with a bass so heavy it would last for years. However, you are wrong, after about 2 1/2 years the original pick-ups went out. If you're looking into this $300 bass, I'm sure you wouldn't want to go out to buy some new pick-ups, especailly since you'd have to do some work to get some passive ones in there.
The durability of the bass itself (minus electronics) is great, you could do a lot to this thing and it'd still make noise.

I have emailed them once regarding some small trivial matter that I can't remember, they replied the next day.

I've been playing for 4 years and I've played many other basses (ibanez soundgear 400, 805; music man sterling, sting ray... etc.), but own only one other, a Squier P-Bass. My suggestion is to stray away from this bass and throw in another hundred or two and get something that will last and will keep you pleased.

2002, made in Korea, there are 21frets on it, it is a 4 string bass. You are given 2 tone and 1 volume knobs. It has the 1 humbucker bass pickup like an ernieball stingray. Its a mapl body, natural finish, very smooth. Body is in the shape of an ernieball stingray, its a custom bridge, very nice. I dont kno the company of tuning keys, non lockin, keeps in tune very well. i has a nut width of 41mm, and a neck radius of 350, and uses jumbo fret wire. it included a gig bag

it suits my style perfect, i play newer punk stuff like blink and rufio, and this band gets those punchy bass crunch sounds. i use a ampeg 100w bass amp, BA-115, if u want to kno my setings IM me RavenDxpac@aol.com. it has a lil feedback at certain positions, with my settings atleast if i have my han restin on th e and plyin ad the G, sumtimes it makes a werd sound, but i dunno, its the way i play. very full sound, doesnt die early. u can make it sound crunchy like i have it, but it can also be used for funk, and metal, the deep tone, its very good at. its gr8 4 both studio and stage, i like everythin about this bass...

the neck is one of the smoothest necks ive ever played, i love it. the pickups were set up fine, i am onna leave them the way they r. the bass came in perfect condition

Reliability/Durability : 10
it would most defintely last ive playin, id trust it. the hardware would last a ong time., the finish is very solid and thick, does not get scratched ezily. the strat buttons r actually really good, i was surprised. i havent had 2 adjust nethin yet on it. i would bring a bac up just because iam a spaz.

I spoke w/ Mr Dillion myself for a couple of weeks, askin many questions, he probbli hates me for all the q?s i asked, but he was very hlpful, he referred me to a guy so i could get the best possible price. i dont need it 2get repaird, i have a 2yr warranty.

Overall Rating : 10
Ive been playin bass for almost 2 yrs now, my other bass is a custom bass, its a squier pbass shape body, custom painted hot pink, w/ a Mark Hoppus signature neck, and Seyour Duncan Quarter pound 3 pickups. i got all my questions answered. i would defintely buy another 1 if i lost it. i love everythin about he bass, everthin amazes me. I was decidin betweenthe VMB400, fender jazz bass, and a mark hoppus signature bass. the only thing i wish it had was a wide variety of colors.
