You guys can get all this info from up above.
Sound

I love the sound. It sounds great as a trebelly jazz guitar and also as a deep muddy dub reggae guitar. I also use it for punchy street punk and skacore. Good all around sound, and kind of unique.
Action, Fit, & Finish
:

Everything was pretty much fine in this department. The kind of boring black finish was exactly what I was looking for, as I promptly covered it with lots and lots of stickers!
Reliability/Durability

This bass is a tank. The main body is really hard and resistant to bumps and scratches. When I'm drunk I fucking hit the strings hard and none of them have broken (after a year). I've noticed a tiny stress in the body where the neck joins it, but I think the stress is in the material used to finish it, and not the actual construction.

I'd just like to say to the people who think this is rare, there is a FUCK LOAD of these guitars in the shop I got it from. Maybe it's just not rare in Australia? If you are looking for one REALLY bad I suggest you order one from this shop!

Sound

TREBLE TREBLE TREBLE AND PUNCH . YOU CAN GET INTERESTING TONES FROM IT.FROM VERY DEEP and MUDDY To BRIGHT TREBLE. 3 CONTROLS ARE WELL MADE AND ARE WORKING WELL.i use it when i am playing hard rock and metal because of its punch sound.if you play marylin manson or tool you will like POWER BASS II. but for me it is to bright or too muddy.compared to p-bass it is much brighter.when you like to play deep jazz songs you get a muddy bumpin out of it..............................................pickups are noisy too.

this is second power bass i am playing on.i owned black one and it was very solid and seemed that it can last everything. it it not heavy so you can play many gigs with this and you feel no pain at your back.my white one is ok but hardware{keys, controls}are very poor{korean}.also neck is kind like too light{whatever it means to you}when im putting srings on i am watching keys not to fall of. NOTICE:::::::::::: power basses are rare and you must search deep to find really good one{i own great black one too}.Epiphone is making good stuff but lots of shit too.

this is a very good bass.i love it.i wanted to sell it but i am happy its still in my arms. if it were stolen i would find the guy who stole it and smash his head with epiphone hard body{nothing would happen to it!!!} of course you can not compare it to a sound of gibson, fender or ibanez basses but it is one of a kind.it is not produced now so i thing i have a white crow in my collection.i love it i love it i love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when you are bigginer buy it! if not you can buy it too.its a really good epiphone bass.

the holes at thru-body bridge were badly cut{sometimes the strings were stuck inside}.pickups needed lowering.

Made in 1999.20 frets,2volume and 1tone controls.passive electronics,p and j pickups,precission style body,maple i think,.all balck{nice looking}.made in korea.the neck is quite thin{jazz bass like}perfect for small hands or fast playing.
Sound

Warm sound,a bit without a "kick".But you can get the cool punch if you swith down the second volume control.i am playing hard alternative rock, and it fits good in it.But power bass II sounds bad at live concerts.it has some kind of hum buzzing{not because of ampfliers or pickups}.now i am not playing on it,but when you are a beginner, its good for you.
Action, Fit, & Finish
:

Well.........the controls where moving out, pickups needed big lowering, noisy sound out of it,moving keys, the finish was quickly getting dirty, bridge incorrectly monted.

as i said this bass is BAD for live playing, but i think i could trust it after some modifications{i wrote bout it in action, fit and finish}.

I am playing it 2 years and i have a sentiment for it.i dont like it so much but its my first bass.now im plating Fender dlx active p-bass,so this bass is standing not used so much like before.it is good for beginner coause it is not so bad and not that good.i like the sound,a bit poor but nice and unique.if it were stolen i would stay with my Fender but i would always remember this Epiphone as a good "friendly" and thin neck bass.

Good For All Styles of Music.
I am using it with a Gallien-Kreuger 700Rb210 and it works fantastic.
Slight additional noise on high amp setting from contour knob.
Ranges from Mellow, Deep Tone, to Bright Cutting Tone.
Wide variety of Sound with this bass.
In Studio, roundwounds came across with loud shifting noises, but with flatwounds, the bass sounds better and is silent!
My favorite bass in the entire world!

The action at the factory was really high, which I quickly grew to enjoy.
The P Pickup shorted some, yet was easily fixed.
The only problem was the difficulty of taking the back panel off.
(I have yet to do it!)

This bass is fantastic live, giving you flexability and durability.
The hardware seems good to go.
The finish is quite thick and great.
The strap has yet to fall off in two and a half years of my playing.
I adjust the truss rod every year.
I use this bass for everything, without a backup!

I have yet to deal with the company, because the bass is so great I don't need to contact them for anything.
The bass was bought used, so it was out of warranty.

I have been playing bass for seven years and electric for two and a half. This bass was the first I bought and the best I've encountered.
I love this bass and if it was stolen, I'd cry. Then look for another one, if I could find one. But since I suppose this is a rare bass, I doubt I'd find another one.
Once again, if anyone has any information about this bass, other than the things given, please contact me!
This is one hell of a bass!!!
