The body is Swam Ash and the neck is fully maple. Active and passive electronics, 2 Humbuckers from G&L, color green sunburst, five string
serial and parallel knob, treble cut/boost, bass cut/boost, one volume, one bass, one treble knob.

I only play reggae, ska, rocksteady and dub music. I use it with a Fender rumble 100 combo with a 15inch speaker. The sound of this bass is very versatile and the first time I played it on my fender amp it was scary. Very heavy and clear, this bass sounds the way a bass should sound. You can dial any sound you want, from fender jazz bass, musicman and of course the real G&L sound which is the best bass sound I've heard from now. I have owned squired, aria, kramer, ibanez soundgear, ibanez BTB, Fame Baphomet, but none of the can beat the G&L.

the factory setup was very bad, I've spent ??? 125,00 to get it right and after that it was much better. The bass sounds wel on every fret, the quality of the wood is subliem and the way they build it is very simple and good. It has an G&L bridge and you can choose to put the strings through the body. The electronics are quiet, especially for studiorecorderings it fits well.
