sound is beautiful , big and full like a grand piano ! i use with an eden head and eaw cab and this thing cuts right thru ( once i adjusted the pickups alittle ) very clean sounding but the more you punch the strings the more character you get , really nice
Action, Fit, & Finish

factory set up was o.k , but i like super low action and once i got that , it plays like a dream , nice comfortable neck , kinda wide and flat but in a good way , lloks like it would be a heavy bass , but it's not , very comfortable

this bass is built solid , very well constucted , very nice design , it's kinda ugly and handsome at the same time , finish is beautiful
Customer Support
:
No Opinion
didn't need any help , everything was fine with this bass , gretsch is part of fender now , so i imagine as good as fenders customer support

very nice bass , sounds completely different from my other basses , big full clean clear tone , i've seen it selling for 2000.00 ( musicians friend and music123 ), is it worth that much ? i don't think so , but if you can find one at a decent price it's a great addition to anyones bass collection !
