Features, according to "Thomann Cyberstore":
-solid Spruce Top,
-Back & Sides Lacewood,
-Cutaway,
-bones saddle and bar,
-B-Band active PickupSystem,
-Scale 86,4cm,
-Nut width 42m,

I find that the electronics are good, they dont bail on you, so i would (and have) use this bass without backup. and it looks great, and thanks to the Cutaway, you have a large range of notes on the neck.

Its not the sound thats bad, its the setup. after adjustment, it sounds great, and suprisingly loud, being an acoustic bass. the pre-amp does its job, and is very easy to use. E string has lots of fret buzz, though.

now this is where the bass gets bad. when i got it, it had loads of fret buzz, and the string came really far from the neck at the higher notes. the frets also werent put in far enough, so a lot of dirt gets stuck under them. you HAVE to adjust the truss rod, but the problem is that the truss rod is not on the head, but rather in the hole of the body, beneith the strings, so you'll have to remove the strings first. the electronics worked well, though, and the pickup sounded great.

i have dropped it several times and it has not sustained any damage. its VERY durable. the strap buttons are far in on the body, so if you wear a strap, youll get squeesed. but i dont think anyone would use a strap on this bass. and yet again, yes i would use it without backup.

its basically a very good acoustic bass, very loud so you dont have to plug it in.
