My first neck developed a warp within a month of purchase. when I sent it back for service, I was told it was my fault. After fighting and getting the Atty involved, they replaced the neck with a new one.......Without a serial number, so I couldn't get any more warranty service (the Bastards!)Fortunately that was the last time I needed it.

Been playing it about 11 years, exclusively. shaller pickups broke (user Abuse) replaces with EMGS with no retrofitting. BIG improvement. Don't like the panel jack input though. I wear them out about every two years/
