The action is nice and low. It isnt balanced that well. Weighs almost nothing. The finish is not very durable. It chips very easily and dents just as much but that does not effect the sound. Finish is beautiful. One of the notes buzzes every time i hit it. This is related to a poorly adjusted truss rod but that is very easy to fix and inexpensive.

The tuners could be better. My spacer on the g-string tuner snapped. Live playing is a must with this bass. It's looks take the show. Like i said befor, the finish chips and dents easily. Has been my bass of choice for a few years.

I didnt buy this bass with a warranty. It has never really needed it. Its an awesome bass for the price. I bought it online so the service really didn't matter.

Its a 2000 korean made passive 5 string it has gold hardware and a bunch of other useless gimicks to hide the fact it is a piece of crap.

This bass sounds like crap if you do not own any other instruments i personally own a warwick corvette and was looking for cheap 5 string. Next to my warwick it is the worst thing you have ever heard and next to my old yamaha i payed $130 for it stills sounds like crap. Every dote is distorted and the factory setup comes with strings that might not be of good enough quality to strangle a cat, and they therefore give yuo nothing

Action was higher on the g-string than the b-string, after 1h45m of adjustments it still sounded terrible. The pickups are loud and pick up everything but notes.

The bass is light but relatively sturdy. I might play it on a gig without a backup if i was planning on playing it at all.

This is a Korean made 5 string bass. Bolt on neck with two soapbar type pickups. There are two volume and two tone knobs. 24 fret neck with an ebony fretboard. This bass is very similar to a Schecter Stilleto.

I play rock, and a little bit of funk. This bass has great tone on the bottom and top ends. The tone is very rich, and the pickups have a wide range, and you can shape the sound to suite your song or style. Playing through a Peavy stack, I have a better bottom end sound than any one I play with.

The finish is beautiful. Flamed maple top and gold hardware. There was very little adjustment made to the bass out of the box, and the low actions makes it easy to play chords or slap and pop. The guitar feels very durable. Side by side, this bass looks and feels like basses twice as expensive.

I have only had this bass for six months, but I have had no problems so far. I feel very confident that I will not have many problems.

There is a limited lifetime warranty, but I have not had to deal with them for this particular Raven. (I own more)

This bass has replaced my Ibanez as my main bass. My only regret is that the RMB5000 came out after I purchased mine. If they made a fretless model, I would buy it tomorrow. Especially for the money, It gets no better! :?

2001 Korean bass, 5-string, w/24 frets. Solid alder body with blue finish. Bolt-on maple neck. Two volume and tone controls.

I play in a church band (pop, soft rock) on a Peavey Combo 115 run thru a PA system. The sound is very clean, with a minimum of fret buzz on the low B string. Pickups are a little bright, but I can get a decent sound variety out of it.

Action is a bit low, but I like it that way. The fit and finish was exceptional, especially considering the price.

I've been playing this for six months now without an adjustment. It holds tune like a rock, much better than my old Kramer bass with its rock-solid aluminum neck (and a bunch lighter, too!).

I purchased this bass mail order, and it came packed like a china vase. RavenWestGuitars handled the order perfectly and shipped promptly. Haven't had to talk with them since - this baby's a rock.

I was playing a 1978 vintage Kramer lent to my by a friend; have also played a low-end Yamaha. On bringing this to my local SamAsh Music, it's similar to a mid range Ibanez costing about 2.5 x more. I'd definately buy it again, and I'm looking forward to running it through a good effects petal to really test its sound range.

This is a 5-string Bass guitar w/ 24 frets, made in Korea I think... 2 Tone, 2 Volume knobs. Has two soapbar pickups, rosewood fingerboard, and i think basswood body... im not quite sure. It's a Precision Bass with a nice comfortable neck. Beautiful guitar.

I play mostly stuff like ben folds five etc. This bass has an amazing sound quality to it, I've played soundgears, fenders and many others, this is my favorite. I use this guitar with a BOSS bass overdrive and an Ibanez Bass Chorus Pedal. This bass has a beautiful deep full quality to it.

The action came pretty low, but I love it that way! No flaws as far as I can tell, serves me well. The feel to this bass is great, simply holding it instantly makes you feel like a rockstar!
