Korean-made, 34" scale, 24-fret, neck-through 4-stringer with two active soapbar pickups. 4 knobs, Volume, Blend, Bass, Treble. Alder body (I'm pretty sure), maple neck, rosewood fretboard. Transparant Black finish w/creme binding, looks beautiful, the color looks black from a distance, but up close its more of a mysteriously dark purple, with some lighter stripes running along the back of the body/neck. Looks top-notch. Body shape has looks to kill. Compact headstock, very cool-looking. One other cool feature is that the strap pegs make strap-locks unnecesary, seriousley, your strap WILL NOT fall off EVER.

I play mostly Death Metal, Grindcore, Experimental, and Classic Rock (Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Jefferson Airplane). It fits my style alright, fairly good versatility. For sabbath, floyd, etc. it sounds perfect especially with flatwounds. Fairly nice sounding instrument, I've probably played better, but DEFINITELY not at this price. I play through a Mesa/Boogie Bass 400+ and a 2x15 cab, and it's not noisy at all, lots of low end, lots of treble, just wish it had a Mid knob. I LOVE the feel of this bass, doubt you'll EVER find a bass that feels like this.

The Action was alright, only the expected fret-buzz. pickups never needed adjustment. Flawless.

This bass will last a million years probably. Never needed to adjust the truss-rod. ever. even though i play with flatwounds tuned BEAD. Strap buttons are the best I've ever seen on any instrument, you seriousley won't need strap-locks. VERY dependable, as long as I've had this bass I've never had a single problem with it, I'd gig without a backup definitely (if I coudl GET a gig).
