This thing sounds great. I play through a fender bassman 100 and its wonderful. You can get jazzy sounds, rock sounds, set up for slap, its great. I just love the variety of sounds you can create.

This thing is built pretty solid. I move around quite a bit when i get into the music and this thing holds up great. Strap buttons are solid. Havent had to adjust the truss rod in the 2 years ive had it. I would definetely gig without a backup with this bass.

This is a great bass for anyone. I stepped up to this from a washburn xb-102. I probably will not replace until i have the need and cash to get a music man stingray 4 (which will be years to come). Ive been playing for 5 years and ive played plenty of basses more spendy than this and not come home wishing i had a nicer bass. This thing sounds great, plays very well. Balanced wonderfully. Id recommend it to anyone looking for a great bass thats not gonna put a fat hole in your pocket.

I play jazz, funk, thrash metal, and classical. This bass acually works for all, you just have to mess with the knobs. I'm using an avatar cab and ashdown head. Its is pretty noisy around Tvs, computers, ect. The sound can be very trebly and high to very warm and smooth, and it acually has a nice low end growl to it. pretty diverse. Haven't tried it on stage, sounds good when I'm practicing with my band, cuts through very well. Only thing I don't like is the buzziness, of course you can always switch out the pups.

Every thing came set very nicely. The action was in the middle, not too low or high. Every thing works. Nice and solid feeling bass. The tuners almost never go outta tune its simply amazing

I haven't reied it live, I've bumped into many things with this bass, and it still works. I jump around like hell when playing with my friends. Its very solid, neck is held on by six bolts! Don't expect this to break very easily.

For the price I paid, its awesome. Schecter is a good company that makes very high value products definitely worth the price, The tone is perfect for me, its very comfortable to play, nothing I really hate about it. Maybe quieter pich ups, but thats it. It was this or a 500 dollar Ibanez, this sounded way better.

It is my second bass guitar. I got it in 2002. Paid $365. Made in Korea. Assembled in USA. Bought in USA.
24 jumbo frets. 1 vol. 3 tone. 2 no-name active soapbar pickups. Easy to use. Once I picked it up and played it in the shop. I knew it was the one.

It sounds great. I play old school metal (Sabbath, Metallica w/ Cliff Burton, Megadeth, Slayer) I play it off an Ampeg B2-R head with a Peavy 115 speaker and it sounds best clean. Low Dark bass and High punchy treble. Just what I wanted. Hammers, pulloffs, and slides sound great too. I say it blows out the Fender P-bass. And you get your moneys worth.

I have had to tighten the knobs with an alan wrench only twice. Other than that everythings great. Feels very comfortable. No noise no other flaws.

I've played extremely loud. Loud enough that people heard it 1/2 a mile away and said wow that rocks. The hardware will last a long time. I've had it 2 1/2 years and it looks like it will last another 6. The Straps are solid. The finish is good if you don't abuse the guitar. I'd go without a backup.

I've been playing for 5 1/2 years and this is one of the best sounding basses I played. Everyone says fender is good. I beg to differ, The Schecter didn't drizzle like the P-bass did. The cost is just right. I love the sound and the feel. The only problem you'd have is replacing pickups because they are huge but you won't have to. I wish it had EMG Pickups.

I have a 4 String Stiletto Deluxe with a burgundy clearcoat finish. 24 Jumbo Frets. 4 Knobs. 1 Volume, 1 Balance for pickups, 1 Low Boost/Cut, 1 Hi Boost/Cut. It has 2 soapbar pickups that are active and require the 9 volt battery.

Im into low end growl and thats what this bass produces easily. It can also be bright to with the turn of the balance knob. The guitar stays in tune really well which is good for a person just starting out. I tune it up before I leave for practice, throw it in my gig bag and throw it in the car. Get to practice and its still in tune. Kudos to Schecter.

The Action is set pretty good on mine when I bought it new. I lowered it some and got away with very little fret buzz. The quality of the guitar seems very solid. 6 Bolts for the neck. And the finish was flawless. My only grip is that the frets on the bottom of the guitar could use some rounding off. They feel a tad sharp at times, but what can I say. I paid only $360 new for this bass. Intonation is right on.

For the money this bass cant be beat. But I think its a toss up between this bass and a Fender Standard Jazz V for what you get versus price. This one is definitely worth the time checking out.
